It's a McDonald's, so what can you expect? The same food, service, and atmosphere as any other McDonald's. One difference is that this location has outdoor seating, although you're surrounded by a parking lot. This location also has a drive-through.

Dear McDonald?s Customer Service,
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred at one of your restaurants.
On [????? ???? ? ?????????? ???], I parked my car and attempted to enter the McDonald?s restaurant located at [????? ?????? ??? ?????, ???? ??????]. However, the shift manager, Curtis, stopped me and said the restaurant was closed.
I remained nearby and observed that he was still letting other people inside. I approached him again and asked why others were being allowed in. He responded that they were only going to the toilet. I decided to wait, and again saw people not only entering but also placing orders.
When I approached him a third time, only after seeing several customers being served, he finally said I could enter. By that time, I felt humiliated and disrespected. I was already upset and no longer felt welcome. I decided to leave without ordering.
This experience was deeply disappointing. I believe I was treated unfairly and without respect. I expect better from McDonald?s, and I hope appropriate action will be taken to address this matter.

I am delivery driver. The staff specifically Mutia prepare order too late . Rider have to wait 10-15 minutes even if there are no rush.
