my food arrived to me fully soaked in the drink i got, was a singular meal with a drink. tried to call the store with the number provided on the official google website and apparently the number isn?t recognised and was disconnected. i dont mind about the food but you really should update the contact information and also reply to ubereats drivers quicker as he was outside my house for a long while trying to resolve this.

Kiosk printers not maintained properly, printers out of ink or paper. Took them 20 minutes to make a large coke (single item order). Online orders always have items missing. Prices similar to higher quality restaurants but food quality is poor. Definitely worth paying a pound or two extra for a much better experience somewhere else.

Woeful performance from start to finish you have to wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes to get your food . The quality of the food is very haphazard sometimes it?s good sometimes it?s bad for example the chips are often under fired and the chicken burger is always under cooked to the point when you bite it it has a hard centre. No other location in London has this problem. The thing is that the staff are usually very nice but they need to get better training and a bigger store front as you will often have at least 10 people waiting for their order. They should get rid off their seating area and make it a take out spot only

One of the worst ran McDonalds in London, barely any staff, and most the staff will be talking casually in the kitchen whilst customers pile up.
Took 25 mins for a cheeseburger and chips on a Sunday afternoon. A joke.

Always insanely busy with what seems like not enough staff. Always forget the sauce as if it?s not right there under the same order they just served with. Bug in the icecream also

Ordered something on Mcdelivery app from this branch! But they failed to a simple job of packing all items so had 1 less main item from my meal! No customer service on the app or anyway to get in touch with the branch! Absolutely useless! Avoid at all costs!

I?m extremely disappointed, I ordered a happy meal to specifically get the Minecraft toy and I selected the toy option instead of activity book and when I received an activity book I explained that I ordered the toy but they just said that they don?t do toys in happy meals any more and only on adult meals? Madness if you ask me. I asked why and they could not provide me an explanation at all, extremely dissatisfied and my friend received the same service. I will attach proof of my toy order:

3 times I've been to this McDonald's and 3 times there's been issues, worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my entirety, I studied professional cookery for 3 years and worked as chef for 10 years, I don't believe it's run by professionals, just people that turn up for a wage at end of week
