I had my tyres fitted at Kwik Fit and was very happy with the whole experience. The tyres were good quality and very well priced. My appointment started on time and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Friendly service and efficient work made the process quick and easy. I would happily use them again.

Overpriced. Car was left in a bad condition. Lost the wheels key so I had to buy a new one. During the MOT, the sign of engine failure came up and asked me to go to a Porsche dealer to sort it out as they could not. Never again.

Went in for a break change, ended up with no car for over 2 days with 0 compensation nor considerstion, due to a sloppy job in installing the break pads making the car unsafe to drive. I would at least expect a replacement car given that I spent close to a grand on this break pads job
I was also told the car is ready to collect, only to arrive to the center and be told to come back later because it wasn?t ready. The manager didn?t seem to care that this happened and I was told it would be fixed the first thing in the next morning, which also didn?t happen

I have serviced (with MOT) my MERCEDES A250e every year now for the last 3 years. No issues whatsoever. Drop off the car at 8:30, they call around 3 pm, and I collect by 5:30. Seamless. The staff are courteous. I normally book and pay online about 4-6 weeks ahead. So there is no wait time.

Yes, I was a few minutes late for my MOT ? my fault, I was caught in traffic while juggling the stress of moving house, with the MOT expiring that same day. But the attitude I got from the guy at the desk was completely over the top. He acted like being even slightly late meant they were legally banned from doing the MOT. Claimed it was DVSA rules ? which aren?t mentioned in the booking email and I can?t find anywhere online.
He vaguely hinted they might still fit me in and said he?d call later. Surprise: no call. I waited until 5:30pm (they close at 6) and heard nothing. It honestly felt like he was going out of his way to make an already stressful day even harder and significantly more inconvenient.
After years of coming to Kwik Fit, I?m done. I went to SDS Motors this morning and they fit me in straight away with no nonsense. Friendly, helpful, and professional ? the complete opposite experience. Kwik Fit has well and truly lost a loyal customer.

Absolutely terrible service at Kwik Fit Wandsworth.
I booked my car in to have the brakes and handbrake fixed and was told to bring it in first thing in the morning. I had to wait three days for an available slot, which I accepted ? but when I finally arrived, I was shocked to find that my car wasn?t even booked in their system at all. No appointment, no record, nothing.
I had cancelled work and rearranged my whole day just to make this appointment, only to be told they couldn?t help me. Total waste of time, money, and effort. This level of disorganisation is completely unacceptable, especially for a business that deals with people?s safety and livelihoods.
Would not recommend this branch to anyone.
