I had a great experience at the KFC in Earlsfield, all thanks to Jenny! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude. She was patient, attentive, and made sure my order was just right. It?s not every day you come across someone who goes the extra mile in fast food service, but Jenny really stood out. Her friendly manner and professionalism made the visit much more enjoyable. Big thanks to her for making the experience so pleasant?I?ll definitely be coming back!

Disappointing Experience ? Needs Improvement
I recently visited KFC Alcott Lane, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, with long wait times even though the restaurant wasn?t busy. The staff seemed uninterested and unbothered, which made the experience even worse.
The food quality was below expectations?my chicken was overcooked and dry, and the fries were cold and stale. To make matters worse, the restaurant wasn?t very clean, with tables left dirty and bins overflowing.
Overall, I wouldn?t recommend this location unless they improve their service and food quality. KFC is known for great fried chicken, but this branch fails to live up to the standard.

Ordered from this last night and ever since I?ve been throwing up and on and off the toilet all evening , the burger clearly was not cooked properly as was cold

Do not order from here. Worst service ever. Would give zero stars if I could. Will not put all your items and very rude when you tell them. Ordered food for me and my son but they left out some of his. Complained to uber but not uber fault. Not the first time they did this. Called them and they rudely cut the call on me. WORST KFC EVER
