Dreadful experience. 4 people working there and all incompetent. Trying to open an account to get 15% off which after 15 minutes jumping through hoops didn?t work so instead my husband was accused of already having an account, which he doesn?t. Gave up and they lost out on a purchase of £100+

I absolutely LOVE coming to Hotel Chocolat in Southside!
The staff here are so welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in helping you find exactly what you want! I do want to put a special mention in for Miranda. From what I?m aware she hasn?t been there long but my god she was incredible! Thanks to her myself and mum left with a Velvetiser each and with the exact preference of strength in our chocolates. I left with 85% Cocoa Drinking Chocolate and my mum left with Salted Caramel Drinking Chocolate (both which we got to try in store with a 10/10 demonstration!) ? and I grabbed my partner 50% cocoa? Thank you to all the amazing staff for such a pleasant experience we will be back for sure!!!!
