Great to deal with real human beings at a work setting. The online experience with the chatbot and South African call centre were disappointing, confusing and frustrating.
Dealing with the guys at Southfields and later at the Balham store were spot on.
Just need to sort out the online and call centre problems.

I had a great experience at Halfords Garage and would highly recommend them. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Mister Domingos at reception, who was kind, polite, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The service on my car was carried out by Denny, who did a fantastic job ? efficient, thorough, and clearly takes pride in his work. My car was well looked after, and I left feeling confident and satisfied. I?ll definitely be returning in the future!

I've been going to this particular Southfields branch each year for MOTs and even some small jobs on my cars from time to time.
It's a closely guarded secret and real gem.
This brilliant team is run brilliantly by Jesler and Quincy and Hui are the very pleasant, interesting and educational MOT experts.
Every time I go there I leave slightly smarter and always happier than when I walked in.
Whether you have a classic car, Bugatti, Bentley, Morgan, Lambo, Ferrari or Koenigsseg this is the place to bring it. There's a reason Joe Macari is just next door...

Amazing service, the receptionist was incredibly polite, answered every question I had and had such a welcoming and nice demeanour. Unfortunately i couldn?t remember his name but was such a fast and easy process and also gave my money back as they couldn?t fix an issue which I had booked for, which i find incredible as this is very honest of them. 10/10 would recommend, very quick turn around times and awesome prices for what they offer.

Brilliant customer service. Highly recommend. Accidentally broke my tyre lock nut while taking off the tyre. Called to apologise and completed a minor other repair on the car free of charge to compensate us for the trouble of getting a new lock nut.

Quincy was incredibly helpful and clearly a very knowledgeable and hard working. He made sure to put me at ease from any worries about the tyres I needed for my car.
