Staff are stupid. Clearly mention that do not put any sauce in the roll. He put ketchup in there, they are busy in their own world.

As a regular customer at Greggs, I recently noticed a new staff member who truly impressed me. She organized everything in the shop efficiently and maintained a clean, welcoming environment. Her customer service was outstanding, and her polite, friendly attitude made a big difference. She's a great addition!

I wanted to say thank you to the young woman who served me and my son earlier today. It was my son?s birthday and he was telling the young woman about it with such enthusiasm it can be quite distracting haha. She offered him a free doughnut which made him so happy, it?s just a small gesture but it goes a long way to building goodwill and returning customers in the community.

Very poor service. The food is not cooked properly. It's raw from inside. The manager is very rude when you complain him gor something he replies back in negative manner he has mo customer service knowledge at all. Even girls working there don't know half of the things. Just avoid this place .

It is Gregg's...what more can I say ?Vegetarian options: They have vegan sausage rolls that are really nice. Cheese and onion bakes are also good and they also have a vegan cheese sausage and bean bake which I have never had but is a good vegetarian option. Margherita pizza is yummy and they do potato wedges too. There are also cheese ploughmans baguettes which are nice when you dont want something hot. As for the sweet selections like donuts, cakes and biscuits I am pretty sure that they are all vegetarian.Parking: Street parking, if your lucky!Kid-friendliness: On occasion my 3 year old has been gifted a freebie cookie or cupcake from the lovely people that work here ?Wheelchair accessibility: There is no step up from the street, just a smooth transition from street to shop.

Did you know greggs doesn't accept £50 notes. Nope, nor did I. Rude staff. No help. Supposedly company policy. Card machines not working, starving customer with one note in his card holder, which could not be accepted. Go and get change and come back, might as well get food elsewhere. And with the price increases at greggs over the last few years we will need large notes to eat there!

Something seriously wrong with this place. Managed awfully. Never any stock and the staff are beyond rude and frankly should all be sacked. Can?t imagine this place makes much money because there?s never anything for people to buy.
