I am a regular customer of this store, because I pass this Greggs on my way to work everyday. The staff is familiar with me because I visit everyday, and they are super friendly and the service is amazing. I don't need to comment on the food because I am a huggeeee Greggie. I wish the store every success. Special thanks to Syed who always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. However, if you could please clean your tables as soon as customers leave, that would be greatly appreciated, hence 4* on the atmosphere aspect. Thank you Greggs!

Even though there are closer Greggs locations to me, this branch is always my go-to when ordering through Deliveroo. They consistently have the full selection of pizzas available, including the BBQ chicken one which is often missing elsewhere. The food always arrives fresh, piping hot, and perfectly made. It?s reliable, fast, and definitely worth choosing over the others. Never had a bad experience with them.

I see a comment about a big guy at the till about his service. I have been going to this place for three years now, and I think we are talking of the same person because I feel the same way. This guy has never smiled a single time I have been at Greggs Southside Shopping center and I always have this feeling I'm bothering his working hours when I order something. I am so fed up I'll ask his name and update this review. He drains a my energy so much that I cannot even afford to go back to the till and check his ID/badge. Unfortunately he is one of the permanent guys coz I always see him when I pass by. Big guy with a big belly. I have worked in customer service for twelve years, and I can confidently say he doesn't have the skill at all. He should be thankful he has a job.

The service of the big guy at the till is horrible he can?t even give a ketchup with a sandwich, pizza and sausage roll and asks money for it lol it?s not that I don?t mind paying for a ketchup but his attitude and the way he speak!!!
Seriously this guy is for the back of house not front or never the till, he should be a little bit polite and humble not even asking for a smile always but seriously be a bit humble, act as he hate working there and shows his stress out!!!
Very bad experience, will try not to eat from this Greggs if this guy is at till.

They didnt heat up my lidl cookies and was angry when i put them in the hot fridge , some short angry women shoytes at me she has bad teeth and stanky breath . DON NOT RECOMEND!!

We had coffee and meat pastie to eat in, one of the pasties was devoid of meat, more like a gravy pastie! Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff.

Very rude elderly woman.... she's behaves very rudely. This is the second time this happened. I'm gonna stop coming here on Thursdays. She's nice to others, but me. Is it because I'm brown? Never knew Gregg's to be hiring
