I had to get a replacement chip from this EE store. I found my experience very easy the lady that help me was so helpful and polite I personally had a good experience and the other staff members were polite too! I would recommend this EE store.

Edmonton Green EE shop, will lie and deceive you to take a contract you do not need or want (BIG SCAMMERS). My story goes like this, I was in my house and got a call from someone telling me about my contract is about to End. I thought the caller was a phone scammer. I told him so, he told me to visit the shop to find out. Got there he introduced me to his Customer advisor, Hazal. She showed me on the iPad that I will have a monthly pay-as-you-go contact that I will get out of any time I want to. She swore in her teeth that I can change it anytime. I went to the shop yesterday to change my contract after a month of my visit to the because I saw a cheaper deal on the TV. I was told they can not downgrade my contract. I have to go for a higher deal. I knew they were bullish on me. When I came I read my contract it was written in small print that I signed 24 months contract. Please do not go into this EE shop to get phone contact if you do use a Magnificat glass to read the contract before signing up or you will be scammed. Secondly, if they show you a deal on the iPad, please read your contract before signing it.

Nice and friendly staff.However, they didn't have the plans I would pay. I've not paid more than £20 for years for a phone plan, the majority of the phones and plans I was looking for were expensive.But other than that, as I've mentioned the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
