On the app its says delivery 21-29 min i ve been waiting 45 min now and the food and here i call the store to see whats going on some rude lady answered the phone i asked her how long for my pizza and she started telling me i dont know i said how can u not know and she started shouting and being very disrespectful towards me very poor customer service that should not be happening at a very big company like that very disappointing

I called this dominoes and said ?um are? and then immediately she hung up, I was asking if they were open as someone had told me they weren?t. Also it took ages for them to get to the phone. DO NOT RECOMEND

Ordered to take away after a long day. Didn't realise they hadn't put the box together properly and the pizza slid right out of the side of the box just as I got to the front door. Went back to the shop and the manager refused to take accountability or offer any customer service. No refund, not making another pizza- my problem not hers! What a disgusting way to run a business. Cheating people out of money! Own your mistakes!

Absolutely shocking service. Turned up short a pizza, said they return immediately....40 mins later the 4th pizza turned up...but was wrong! Spent time talking to their manager who quite simply blamed everyone in her team (driver, people and busy). Told me to ring customer complaints.

Normally good but not accepting orders almost an hour before closing? So your closed an hour before you are advertised that you are closed. I get that you won't take orders just beofre but then why does the app allow orders then?

It?s impressive to eat a pizza with less flavour than a plain cream cracker and better yet, it was delivered at lukewarm room temperature! Furthermore, they confused the toppings and had no interest in compensating or replacing for their mistake. Go and grab an oven pizza from Iceland?s, it will be x10 better and 20x cheaper!

This is a review for Deliveroo orders from this place. This Domino?s in particular is exceptional. The last few times I ordered pizza from here, the pizza arrived very quickly, very fresh and very delicious! And they always have deals/offers on which is fantastic!

Extremely happy with the delivery service by the driver (Luqman). Very quick delivery and arrived hot. Friendly customer service and polite.
