got my ears pierced there and both the staff member and the manager were patient and more than lovely.
it only costed £30 too! (with both earrings and aftercare solution) and it barely hurt.

Popped along today with my two young kids, including toddler who was being very toddler and Molly was amazing! Great service and just so lovely and helpful. Helped my eldest choose items, was very reassuring when I was getting flustered about my youngest, highlighted offers/sale items etc as well to make sure I didn't miss them etc.

Molly and Freya clearly love their jobs, they were absolutely wonderful and saved the day by fitting in ear piercing for my daughter who I'd booked in at Clapham Junction but was rudely cancelled on the spot without notice when I arrived. A change of plan after such a lot of anticipation is difficult for anyone, but is particularly difficult for an Autistic 11 year old. We arrived at Southside to a quieter and much more welcoming store. Molly and Freya pierced both my daughter's ears at the same time after making her relaxed by chatting and clearly explaining every step of the process. After the piercing they told my daughter that they were also neurodivergent. She was so happy to be understood and in such great hands. Thank you so much, I can't thank you enough for your kindness, empathy and brilliance!
ps anyone writing reviews about the service here and complaining about lack of eye contact needs to raise their awareness of difference and look to the intention and genuine good will of individuals.

I just want to say thank you to molly and freya because they are such amazing people...
I recently made a purchase at this store and I have to say that these two ladys are probably the most kindest people I have met at a claire's store, they dont shy away from people and look to be quite happy and I will say freya (or molly )has jokes too, but they definitely made my day, so thank you for making my visit such a great one and I would definitely recommend this store ?????

I would give this a zero but I can?t. Staff were very rude and disrespectful. I went to get my ears pierced and they were very unfriendly and impatient to say the least. Would not recommend.

Wandsworth Claire?s Accessories team are always fantastic. I?ve only ever had positive customer service experiences with staff at many Claire?s branches, but the team here at Wandsworth are so special. They work so hard and even when they are very busy, are professional and friendly, the two ladies working there today were so kind and helpful, thank you.

Today, I took my 3 year old daughter to have her ears pierced. I need to say it went better than I expected.Both ladies who did the procedure were excellent. Very professional, patient and caring.As a registered nurse I paid attention to the hand hygiene and aseptic technique which were followed.After care instructions were clear and I was given antiseptic product to apply as instructed.Overall positive experience.
