I have been coming to Card Factory Southside for years and I must say, they have been consistent with their customer service. The manager Rhys is a solid one, ALWAYS going above and beyond to meet my requests, give suggestions, get stock from another store, absolutely anything to make my time easier and get what I need. This filters down to the rest of his team also. My most recent visit I ordered 30 latex balloons and 12 heart balloons; these were ready and packed for collection as I requested - the price is quite good relative to other balloon providers and most of the balloons last a fairly long time. I will be back for my next occasion and the next and the next ??

Shocking customer service from manager Rhys. I bought three balloons for my daughter?s 4th birthday on Monday. By Tuesday one had lost air and by Wednesday another had completely deflated. I went in on Thursday (as I still wanted the balloons for my daughter?s party on Saturday - they usually last weeks!). They proceeded to refill them in the shop and both popped. They replaced one but not the other saying it was my fault for not coming in sooner. Overall just really poor service, really poor quality of the balloons, and I will never purchase from them again.

Went to purchase balloons, banners and candles from card factory in Wandsworth. Had great customer service, friendly, and helpful from the employees especially from Reese and Jane. They had time to blow up my balloons and package it safely for me to collect later on in the day. Will definitely keep on using Card Factory for any events.

They have a variety of cards of gifts during all sorts of occasions. The guy working helped me pick out tissues and candle to match my daughters cake .. very helpful. Thank you
