Staffs are professional. It is a busy store, I can tell it is short of staff. There is always a queue, only two or three staffs is not enough to meet the 5 stars standard. May be they can just serve takeaway cup to save manpower if the budget is not enough to hire more people. The store may need a renovation as well, furnitures are not in good condition.

Always come here cos love the coffee but toilet always out of order, no
serviettes on offer, doors open in summer means awful smoke from all tables outside wafting in, tables not cleared in busy periods and no one asking those who pay for takeaway but still sit in. Will continue to use as staff are lovely and I like blends of cofffee

Located conveniently near the bus and coach station at Stansted Airport, this Caffè Nero offers the standard coffee experience you'd expect from the chain. We tried the Matcha Latte, which was surprisingly good, but the Mocha didn't quite match the quality we've had at other Nero locations.
Prices were fair for an airport café, and the staff were attentive and friendly, which made the visit pleasant. However, the lack of charging ports and limited seating comfort is a drawback?especially in an airport setting where travelers often need to recharge and relax.
Overall, it?s a decent pit stop if you?re in transit, but there?s room for improvement in terms of facilities.

Quick service and great tasting coffee. Tables are clean, there?s outside seating and a few tables inside. Staff are friendly.

Disappointed:
A customer before me had difficulties activating a discount code at the till. For this reason the staff issued her with a free coffee. How nice of them.
The same thing happened to me, this time they made me pay full price and I was not offered the same.
Makes me wonder if that was a case of discrimination as I didn't look the same as the customer in front of me, if you get my drift ????
Awful service nero, should be ashamed of yourselves.

I honestly love Nero, but this is one of the worst locations I have been to. The tables are always filthy and covered with old cups. The staff are super disinterested and you don?t feel very welcome at all. It would be great if this store would get an overhaul.

I usually have bad experiences when coming here. Service is hot and cold, some nice staff and some don?t even care about their job. Whoever the lady is with coloured hair served me the other day and was honestly just rude. Took my order with no care and didn?t look at me when I was telling her my order, even the customer next to me turned and made a confused face. My drink was rushed she was spilling the milk everywhere and just overall was a bad experience. Place is always dirty aswell tbh even tho there?s more than enough staff.

Dirty and the employees passed it off as dirty and didn't do anything very unpleasant because it was brown and looked like dog poop.

Me and my friend went in for a drink whilst shopping, i got a peach ice tea and my friend got a standard hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. I liked my drink it was tasty and my friend said her hot chocolate was very fancy and a reasonable price. I also liked the baristas pink hair, it was very cool but i was too scared to tell her ??. thank you cafe nero!!!!
