Staffs are professional. It is a busy store, I can tell it is short of staff. There is always a queue, only two or three staffs is not enough to meet the 5 stars standard. May be they can just serve takeaway cup to save manpower if the budget is not enough to hire more people. The store may need a renovation as well, furnitures... read full comment
