Southfields Nero is my local coffee shop, I go there nearly everyday, and I have to say, Sanah is a great barista, she?s always welcoming and nice, and on top of that remembers my order! Great atmosphere overall!

I live just up the road and come here at least once per week (if not more!) and have never ever had a less than perfect experience, all the staff are lovely and kind and even when you pretty much know what you?re getting, the drinks are perfect. Praying that nothing happens to this branch!

You know, lately I've been choosing matcha lattes over coffee whenever I'm at a cafe. So, after a bit of a wait for my matcha latte at Cafe Nero, I was really looking forward to it. But honestly? It was the absolute worst I've ever had. Right away, the colour just looked off, and then it didn't taste like matcha at all. It made me wonder if they're using those pre-made matcha cartons instead of real matcha powder. Anyway, if you're a true matcha fan, definitely skip it if you go there!

Im a bit late to write this but I visited this branch recently on a weekend and was very impressed with the service. A young man called Adam was working there on the day. He was very kind and friendly, and full of information about all the different types of drinks when I told him I wasn?t quite sure what I wanted to order. I went with his recommendation and was very glad I did. He was considerate enough to bring my drink to my table (I am disabled) and ask if I needed anything else. When he saw me struggling to get up and get back onto my wheelchair he dropped what he was doing (not literally) to help me. He definitely went above and beyond his job description to provide excellent customer service. Just felt giving this review was the least I could do to thank him.

Hit and miss. Employees shouldn't be taking up multiple tables in the back nook with their personal belonging when customers want to sit there. And if a barista doesn't know how to make a cappuccino they shouldn't be serving customers.

Such a cosy atmosphere and great service. I started coming here initially as I always had a voucher and despite no longer receiving vouchers from work, I still come here for the above purpose. Really nice place

I?m a regular at Café Nero Southfields and always impressed by how hard the staff work, especially in such a busy store. I usually get a large oat latte, and I think their coffee is the best among the major chains. The seating options are great, whether I?m reading or working on my laptop. It can get a bit messy when busy, but the staff do a good job keeping things tidy. Thanks for the hard work?keep it up!
