This used to be my favourite convenient store in Southfields due to the kind and friendly staff and array of goodies the store stocks.Recently since the takeover by Krystals the new staff are incredibly rude, impatient, unfriendly and unwelcoming. Particularly when it comes to Evri parcels.On arrival today I was greeted with a disgruntled "This is no time to collect a parcel, C'm on man!" I requested the hours of when to collect parcels and was met with silence. After looking for my parcel, I was told it is not in the store. I walked out, triple checked my delivery date and returned a few minutes later. My parcel was found, crossed off and marked as collected. Had I not pursued, it would likely have gotten lost. I anticipated an apology or brief "sorry we got it wrong", instead was given a rowdy shout of why me collecting my parcel is such an inconvenience and it is my fault the parcel got lost?!I spoke up explaining, sometimes the app and email system's dates do not correspond and thus delivery date given to the customer can be off my a day or two... unfortunately I was cut short with a second row.I walked over to Krystals to request the procedure to put in a complaint and was told a Google review is the only option, unless I would like to speak to the owner directly on a week day between 10-12pm when he/she is on the premises. This will always be during work hours for me, so @Johnwalkers owner, please start actioning some of these reviews. It is sad to see the store lose its frequent customers.

What is the point of not allowing parcel collection after 6:30 PM if the shop stays open until 11 PM?

Online it says I can collect parcel so I go? they say that we aren?t accepting collections at the moment. I said ok. Came back the next day he says his machine is Brocken. I had seen him use it 2 seconds before. I don?t when I can collect my parcel.

*THEY DO NOT DO EVRI PICK UP/COLLECTIONS ON SUNDAYS*No mention of this online and the sign was still outside the shop. Would?ve saved me a trip with some heavy parcels if I?d known. I hope this helps someone else.

It's a horrible parcel pick-up point. They made me look through all the packages to find mine every time. And also sent back my parcel as they didn't have a space in the shop. Don't offer the service if you dont have the space, as you waste peoples time.

I used to use this location for Evri drop-off and the man behind the counter is so rude (as others have noted). Life is too short to be given a hard time about dropping off a parcel - he makes you feel like you are doing something wrong. One of the lines given was "where do you expect me to put this package?". There are few other Evri drop off points around the area please use those.

Should have read the reviews myself about returning Evri packages here.Online it states that from a ParcelShop "You can send parcels up to 15kg with a maximum length of 120cm and a combined circumference and length of no more than 245cm."I had a package much smaller than this (60cm was the longest edge) and under 10kg but I was told by the shop keeper it was too large after I'd already lugged it to this shop ?

This shop owner is the wrist person ever rude racist can?t believe what he was saying about some people and religion treat people well or just say on your window that you only want certain religions customers in your shop don?t discriminate

I have to agree with the other reviews about the owners of the shops are incredibly rude, especially when it comes to Hermes/Evri parcel drop-off. If your parcel is larger than a small letter, they refuse to accept it saying they have no space. Not sure why they continue to accept Hermes/Evri when they don?t have adequate capacity to offer this service?

Awful service regarding Evri, refuse to take anymore parcels because they apparently had ?too many?. I could see space on the cage.

Staffs are rude and the way they talk to you is as if they?re doing you favours. I only come here for EVRI, on amazon and EVRI it says you can return it as packageless, but when you get there the staffs will tell you off and say it has to be packed. They have their own rules. My family and friends around the area has the same issue with this shop, avoid it if you can.

It's an "evri shop" for your parcel returns - IF you are lucky enough to come at the right time AND return a parcel of the right size (don't go by the sizes evri mention - they have their own magic formula) AND are lucky enough that the label printer works... And if you get the wrong guy behind the counter, don't expect any sympathy, help or just basic politeness.
