I asked if I can let my heavy tool bag somewhere as it was very heavy. The lady at the counter said. NO YOU CARRY IT WITH YOU! Not very helpful and actually rude.

DO NOT get your kitchen from B&Q and certainly DO NOT get them to install it. Our kitchen got ripped out in October 2023 It was finished mid Feb 2024 - we were 16 weeks without a kitchen when were were told ?2 weeks, 3 tops?. We had to move out of home for Christmas as we couldn?t cook or wash up.We are still trying to sort stuff out with B&Q. Chasing everything and trying to get things to actually be done has consumed our lives. They say everything can be changed until it is screwed in - this is just SO much hassle it?s impossible in practice.Honestly - do not let it happen to you! Go with someone who knows what they are doing.

As a long-time customer of B&Q Wandsworth, I must express my disappointment with the recent decline in service quality. Regrettably, my encounter with a staff member named Dani was marked by unprecedented rudeness and disrespect. Once renowned for its commitment to excellence, B&Q now seems to prioritise indifference over customer care. It pains me to witness such a stark departure from the brand's values. As a result of this experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend B&Q Wandsworth to others.

I had never experienced such rudeness and lack of courtesy as I did with Kerelle. B&Q, once synonymous with quality and customer service, now only retains a faint image marred by indifferent and impolite staff. I vow never to patronize this store again.

Very bad experience, No return was possible after that B&Q delayed my kitchen works for months. The customer service of B&Q is really terrible. An advice: dont use B&Q ever. They should close down. Staff cannot care the less.

I was helped by Abdel who is absolutely lovely. I asked for his help as to where I could get the planed smooth timber I was going to purchase to get cut to what I needed where he said they don't do that in-store. He graciously offered to cut it after I purchased it with the hand saw he had behind the counter and helped me measure it perfectly and cut all 6 pieced for me even though whey were closing. I really appreciate his help. Great customer service. I would recommend anyone that comes to this store to speak to Abdel if you need help.

It's good and convenient for click and collect. But for day to day DIY/Home improvement products apart from paint it's not so great.I do recommend the click and collect or next day delivery to the store services. It's not usually busy and collection is fast.If you need paint, brushes etc and small bit like plants and outdoor flowers it's very good. But general fixtures and fittings, tools and hand tools check but buy online for guaranteed product.

I drive 40 minutes to get here because online shows the material i was looking for was in stock only here. Once arrived, i've been told "we don't have it but you can order it for you" stupid idiots i could order it by my self if was that the point. Problably find it even cheper. Now an other 40 min drive to comeback home.

Ordered item via click and collect and was told it would be ready for collection at 1pm the following day. Arrived the following day at 2 30pm only to be told its "out of stock you can have a refund" out of curiosity i went back onto website, the item was still showing as available for click and collect, I placed and order, again, and they happily took payment for an item they did not have and had no idea when it would be back in stock, shambolic.

Really no point even trying with this lot, made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon to see someone regarding a new bathroom. Looking to spend circa £15k which I thought would be enough to hopefully guarantee their attendance. Got there and the only person working in the section is helping another couple with their project. Fair enough, we stood there for 20mins before the staff member asked us if we had an appt, after explaining that we did and it was 15mins ago she said she was busy, couldn't see us for at least an hour and maybe we should rebook. She then went back to the other customers. Case closed.I was rather annoyed but we left and mulled over what to do, we didn't return that day due to prior engagements. A month or so later my wife convinced me to give them another chance, so..this time we booked for a mid morning slot thinking that we can get seen and some other unlucky punter might have to get let down after us like we were previously. Instead, we received an email an hour before the appointment (not even a call or text, it's not like we generally check our emails THAT frequently) telling us the appt had been cancelled due to staffing issues and we should try to rebook.I don't really like leaving bad reviews as it would be much more preferable if I was now stating how great my new bathroom is but instead we got messed around twice with no further follow up.I do feel lucky in some ways we didn't go with these guys though and if they can't stick to a shop appt the building and instalation would've taken years.Just some words of warning if you're considering using this company
