At first it wasn?t a great experience trying to get through to the manager, the other staff in store were lovely. Gosia was the best she was so kind and helpful and made a huge help to a great cause! Because of her I had to leave this review. Thank you for taking the time out to help me today after 3 days of trying to get help, you were lovely!

I received an email and text saying my items were ready for collection at the store but when I arrived they had not been delivered. Abdul was extremely helpful and sorted out what could have been a disaster for me into a positive - although I did have to go to Ilford to pick it up....B&Q systems not good staff very good.

I can?t say enough good things about Lauren at B&Q!
I needed to paint my flat but was completely unsure about how much paint I?d need, especially since I was using different types for the ceilings, coving, bathroom, kitchen, passage, bedroom, living room, doors, door frames, and skirting.
The thought of figuring it all out felt overwhelming, and I had been putting off making the call because I find these things super stressful.
But Lauren completely changed that experience for me.
From the moment she answered, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough.
She took the time to go through everything in detail, double-checked her calculations to ensure accuracy, and advised me precisely on what I needed?no more, no less.
What truly set her apart was her willingness to go the extra mile.
She didn?t just give me vague estimates; she actually walked to the paint section while on the phone with me to ensure she was giving me the best advice.
This level of customer service is practically unheard of these days.
Lauren?s bubbly personality, dedication, and genuine willingness to help turned a stressful task into an easy and pleasant experience.
She is an absolute asset to B&Q, and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. People like her make all the difference!

Received excellent help from Sandra regarding a nightmare shower rail rider/screw issue. She was incredibly busy with customers on a Sunday but gave me the time of the day, got me the products I needed to fix my issue and sorted out a quick refund for me when I purchased an incorrect product. Will visit again asap!
