The store's own employees were rude. An eBay delivery arrived open, and when I called the manager, you know what he said? 'We don't check upon delivery, and it arrived open.' I have evidence with photos. It's deplorable service and customer care, a solid 0 rating. I wouldn't do business with this Argos ever again because if you have an issue with them, be sure they won't pay any attention to it.

Strangest thing discovered, due to power failure customer service closed and yet all the other till in full operation, I wanted to redeem my parking ticket, went Argos till to obtain help because I spent money in Argos on line and went to collect my item so went to Argos till to get help, I told in no uncertain terms they should be issuing parking tickets, I failed to see the link between parking ticket mechine, and customer services, I was bounced between four people before I got my money back of parking tickets. I was so very frustrated .so one star

Rude abrupt moody staff I went to buy a tv I was greeted with when I was sat down waiting for the tv to come out the backStaff " Do you want something ! (me : " yes just waiting on a tv to b brought out from stock") staff "you have to pay for it first " no hello sir no greeting nothing like I'd ruined their day just being a paying customer.Outrageously rude grumpy staff I thought they wanted to fight me not sell me products.

Worse Argos I have found ever. Manger name Jasica she doesn?t have knowledge about consumer law and UK refund policy. Company must do some training to improve her and her team knowledge for customer service. Head office must check the Google reviews.

I went in to Wandsworth to buy new lap top pay for it when to take it. then shop assistant said it your not happy you can not. bing it back I said your breaking consumer law and what say on the back of receipt is you get 30 days if you not happy so I ask for money back there and then so he lost me buy it very bad customer service I will not shop in there again.Wandsworth Argos bad bad and

Had ordered scales on the click and collect service. Realized I hadn't got my phone with me, approached a youth with 100% attitude who would not accept ID or credit card for the transaction. I purchased AirPods Pro this evening. Came home to set up and they didn?t work, after updated my iphone software they still didn?t work. a bit strange guy on a till refused to accept a return of the product trying to get words out from context and base on that prove me that it?s used but it isn?t ha ha, then asked for a supervisor and she ironically did the same. what a joke:) customer service ?top level?, will go to another branch to return, lol

Zero star .Rude behaviour, when you try to return something they ask thousands of questions for small amount. They behave like we did some crime. Asking questions like policemen. The staff name is Mark very rude staff he doesn't know what is good customer service. Will never visit wandsworth argos.
