We were on holiday in London. And we got takeaway food from Zizzi three times. The employees were always very, very nice. Especially the blonde waitress.
The food was terrific. Highly recommended.

We took two pizzas for 20 euros per pizza I have never eaten worse the pizza was soulless without taste without flavor
Adding to this a coke and a little water for ?55 I find it scandalous to avoid.

FOOD POISONING the worst I ever had in my life.
Had dinner there on Thursday sea bass and potatoes which they were burned and tasted weird and 3 h after I started to throw up and have bad tummy , couldn?t go to work.
Awful place and food, obviously they serve reheated bad food.
AVOID , I will report them to customer protection.

When to this restaurant on new year's eve. Their was four of us we had booked a table for four for 8.30. We stood there for ten minutes then finely an member of staff came . She said there we no table's free we said we had booked. She asked us to come back in half an hour. The member of staff was rude no apology no customer service skills at all. Won't be going there again .

We had a disappointing experience at Zizzi, as we were unable to order without using the QR code, and it took 40 minutes just for them to enable our table on the system. While the restaurant was busy, this delay left us and the tables around us waiting extensively, not only to order but also for food, drinks, and service between courses. We understand restaurants can have off days, but the lack of alternative options and long wait times made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.

We were looking for a place with gluten-free options. We had two gluten-free pizzas. The dough was one of the best we tried. Apart from being delicious, the gluten-free pizzas were a good size and at no added cost.
The treatment was very good. The place was full but the food came out quickly.
We loved the way they identify the table with allergens.
