Horrible service, Prince the manager and Ayur the clerk they just don?t care. I hope Vodafone takes a look as because of them they?re loosing costumers and money.

Horrible attendant. He didn't care about my problem. Act with contempt just because I sad that I bought a SIM card in Netherlands. He sad "look for the Vodafone from Netherlands".In other Vodafone stores in UK, I always had a good attendance.

Having never travelled to the UK before the advice and service Munira at the Earl's Court store gave us today was outstanding. Within 2 hours of us getting off the plane she had us sorted and completely went above our expectations with cost effective solutions that suited our needs. Thank you Munira for making something that is usually a stressful process an absolute pleasure.

The new manager Ajam is awful, zero for customer service. Last year the advice I was given was that the extra charges (for games, etc)were blocked 100%, today the advice is the only 80% were blocked. Some better training at VOD and new manager will help.
