Nipped in for some starch and citric acid. Both in stock and discount on starch for having loyalty card. Lovely service, happy customer

Pretty dreadful service. The assistant wasn't able to get information of the item I'd spoken about on the phone with the manager, but then refused to get the manager to discuss it. I left without making a purchase, even though I travelled specifically to this store on the back of that phone conversation. Incredibly frustrating.

I am a local and must have visited +50 times for various items. Great selection of items and market prices, not always have what I need but helpful in recommending alternatives or nearby stores. Always had polite courteous helpful experiences with staff.

I visited this branch of a national hardware store chain as a tourist because I needed an extension cord for my father's CPAP for our hotel room.It's location in Earl's Court was very convenient for me and although small the store had an impressive selection of just about everything.It appears on Google reviews that this store gets negative reviews due to the staff, but apart from cashier I did not interact with them.The price for the extention cord was quite competitive.
