I truly enjoyed my morning capuchino. Food is good and healthy, particularly when you want something quick. It would be more enjoyable to have some soft background music.Service, lacked that short smile or facial expression that makes you feel welcome in the premises.

I had a great experience with a staff member ( he said hes from Japan !) who was extremely helpful when we were struggling to place an order with our subscription. He displayed remarkable patience. Thank you very much.?However, I regret to say that we haven't received good service from some other staff members at this store so far. On a few occasions, one lady was very loud(chatting with colleagues so loudly) and somewhat unfriendly. On another occasion, when I was in a rush to work one morning and there was only one person inside, I decided to grab a coffee. However, the service was incredibly slow, as they seemed to be engrossed in a conversation. Even after they finished making my drink, they held onto it while continuing to chat. I had to request my drink, leading to an unnecessarily long wait. I didn't appreciate that experience.

Staff have alway been pleasant and helpful but the LOUD music at 10:15 am was HORRENDOUS. Threehours later and my ears are still recovering. Music that loud could be a health and safety issue.The staff member said it's head office policy to have loud music. I'm guessing this is to push people out which I understand when it's busy and you don't want to lose business. It doesn't make sense when it is about 1/3 full.I asked 3 other people in their 20s and they agreed with me. I'll be going to Starbucks on the Old Brompton Road from now on.

On the website of this shop and on the door there is an information that shop closes at 21:00. I went there at 18:50 to work on my computer. At 19:04 muslim girl came to us(customers) and rudly shouted that we have 5 more minutes to stay in the shop and we have to leave. So at 19:10 all customers were kicked out of the shop. I dont get it!!! Its a scam. If the shop would provide the right closing hours I would not go there! I had to spend double money because I had to go to different coffee shop and buy a drink to stay there. Dont you think that the customers have the right to know what time they will be kicked out of the shop BEFORE they buy anything. Also customer service is very low.

Today ( 28may) I went to the Pret earls court coffee shop at around 8:20 pm to take something?s but it was closed already. Although I had gone with checking from gooogle it was closed. It should had been closed at 9 pm. Also there was a post on the gate of shop it is written that cafe closes on Sundays at 9 pm

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Wanted to try Pret for the first time, watched people get their orders before me, they have no system so people just walked up and grabbed drinks that were called out. They noticed I had been waiting, a mix-up for sure, and yet when they did hand me a flat white it was barely even warm and tasted burnt. Worst 3.30 quid ever spent.

Costumer service is the worst! Really rude people there should be made some changes to staff as the workers working on saturday 3rd June 2023 at 1pm were really rude. The place was empty and I ordered a single expresso. The place got full just right after me and they started serving lattes to people after me. When I approached one of the girls after 10 min wait saying ?excuse me, sorry, I?m still for my expresso? she was really rude to me in the way she told me to wait. Another girl staff told me she would do it and didn?t and I still waited 5 more minutes for my expresso.

Most of the staff are very pleasant and friendly, food selection is great, except one cashier that is always asleep and yawning, doesn't know how to say hello or good bye. Makes it for a very depressing experience, especially when you go inside happy and positive and you have to see that miserable dreery face. Should work elsewhere if they do not like serving people. I would give this outlet ?0? rating - the baristas and cashier guy were extremely rude. I ordered decaf soya latte with hazelnut, the first time they handed a complete watery coffee. When I complained, they were in disbelief but one the barista agreed and changed the coffee, when handed the second coffee, they did not include the hazelnut syrup. When I told them, the cashier guy was extremely rude and treated me as if I lied. The other baristas were smiling in a snarky manner. The final output of the coffee was still bad , the lid was broken and I just threw it! Dare not to approach them again. It was a super disappointing and intimidating experience and I will never return again or encourage anyone to visit this outlet. You guys have no understanding for ethics or customer service.
