I love Pret and am a regular customer but this morning i had the worst experience at pret cafe earls court, they served me a water like hot chocolate (it was not even hot) but what is more poor is their service yes service , I complained to the long hair guy server and asian girl but they blamed it on quality of company, rather offering me a new or better coffee they didn?t even care and i was standing expecting they would show some care, cancelling my Pret subscription as well will never visit earls court Pret. ?

I ordered Americano, was asked if I want it black or white (never heard of white Americano, and it is not in their menu). Ordered black. Was given Americano with a milk anyways. Got upset. They replaced it but the whole experience was not pleasant. I don?t know what?s going on there.

Pret A Manger in Earl?s Court does not have a toilet !! And rude and toxic staffs , they are not nice at all one of them shouted at me when I did not hear properly
