So friendly and polite! Thank you so much for your hard work. And thank you for your honest and accessible prices, especially in a time like This! Thank you! :)

They are supposed to have fixed prices on everything, which are displayed all around the shop, but when you get to the till they charge you more.

The manager of this store is incredibly rude with awful customer service. It?s the second time I go to the till and they want to charge me more than their price. Poor customer service. If they are in a good mood they charge you the correct price, if they aren?t they charge you more, very unfair

A decent shop, though I still wasn?t lucky enough to find something for myself. There is always a ton of people visiting the shop, so this might be why it?s hard to compete. You need to browse quite a lot to find something not made of polyester. The turnover of clothes is quite high. There is a big shelf full of books too, and quite a sizeable shoe section.I?m still returning to the shop to find a nice piece that would suit my taste, though I don?t set up my hopes too high.

The manager of this store is incredibly rude with awful customer service. I have never been treated more awful in a store either which is a shame when it is a charity shop after all. I had made a simple request of a refund and she started to shout at me a formal complaint will also be made to oxfam themselves.I will not be back.

Very poor customer service, I've bought some clothing and some of them wasn't good....ove bring them back and the cashier and the manager start to shout and talking bad that I bring the back and making rules and a back and yelling!I would not recommend it!

Great charity shop. Quite large and very reasonable prices

This is one of my favorite charity shops in London. The prices are very fair, especially on books which are usually all £1. They have a good selection of men?s and women?s clothing as well.

You get what you pay for. You just have to select but there are awesome bargains.

A lovely shop, lots of great items and customers, too of course, who could go wrong with George and his colleagues there manning the till and others helping at the rear of the shop. A great way to start in retail and help too.

This is one of the few charity shops left in central london that doesn't charge too much for the clothes and books and realises people on a smaller budget need them as well, rather more than well off people looking for a bargain.
