A very small Nando?s with limited space to move around?it?s extremely crowded and narrow. The food was okay, but the service was terrible. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. I won?t be returning.

Our 1st experience at Nandos was great. My wife and son had the Butterflied Chicken, and I had a Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken. Sides were fries, mashed potatoes, and garlic toast. All were excellent and very tasty. The price for London was not bad either, less than I had expected. Service was good. They checked up on us a few times during our meal. We would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Food is good but we ordered food at 9.30pm and waited 20 minutes for it. At 10pm the staff member came and told us we need to finish quickly and leave. We were still eating. At 10.10pm he came back again and told us we need to leave. If you are serving food until 10pm you need to give customers some time to finish the food.

I had a great experience at Nando?s!
The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took my order efficiently, explained the menu options, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even during a busy period, they remained attentive and checked in to see if everything was okay. The food arrived quickly, was hot and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. Excellent customer service and a great place to dine!

Rude staff, never managed to order as staff got angry with us for sitting at a table they didn't want us to after saying we could sit anywhere. Tried to question why they got so angry and they walked off.

If you like chicken, chicken and more chicken, this is the place to be. One of my favourite Nando?s branches in London! Food is consistently great here. The Nando?s olives is the best olives I?ve tasted compared to many other restaurants. Very friendly service.
