Ordered a mini McFlurry then stood for almost 10 mins to collect it while the store was nearly empty. Manager had prepared it and left it on the shelf and my order number never popped up on the screen. Had to ask them about my order to collect it and they did not even apologize for letting me wait all this time for nothing!

Here 8:30 Sun 20/7/25 Staff were great apart from the female manager white top black trousers first time here after meal went to use the toilet but it required a Code which was on my Receipt which i had put in the bin this manager was passing I asked could she open the door told her I had already binned my Receipt she barked at me no Code no toilet and walked off What a nasty woman

The new in London McDonalds is the Biscoff Frappe. It?s great because it doesn?t have the chocolate bitterness taste in the regular chocolate frappe. Only 3.49£ on promo. Add a small fries at £1.20 and free ketchup, sweet & sour sauce. Great after meal jack dessert!

Whole place is dirty, the floor and tables are covered in trash which is disgusting and the workers don?t use sanitary gloves while making food.

Awful experience in McDonald?s- stopped in for some food but urgently needed the toilet before. Was told to wait by one of the staff as they went to get the code only to be told I (and another customer) had to ask for it at the counter so I came down and was asked for my receipt- I explained I needed to use the toilet first but was told I couldn?t unless I had a receipt! Ridiculous- this was the assistant manager Miriam. Won?t ever be using that branch again!

They kept referencing uber/door dash drivers at this venue, at the expense of those who are in the local area wanting food. This is poor customer service. Your primary customers are those who are present

I'm very disappointed. Today I ordered 9 chicken nuggets, a cheeseburger, medium fries, and a cola. However, I received only 6 chicken nuggets instead of 9. I understand it's not a huge issue, but I would really appreciate receiving exactly what I ordered next time. My order number was 80, and I made the purchase between 21:15 and 21:25 ? just to confirm I'm being honest

The drink is prepared long before the food is finished. They just left the drink sitting out until the ice is melt, and serve the melted disgusting drink together with your food. When asked, they just put a few cubes in the drink instead of getting you a new one for you. So ridiculous. The drink is paid for but somehow not served up to expectation. Very poor service.
