Wow! completely avoid this place, crazy male barista who acts like he's high can't make simple orders and mixed up two frappe's one oat and one regular. Incredibly rude and angry with a bad attitude when he got the order wrong. Completely killed the vibe and wasted my money it's not worth it guys avoid, completely avoid.

We popped in for coffee. I used the toilet and it was absolutely disgusting! Filthy, no toilet paper, no hand soap and rubbish all over the floor.
It was very quiet so, I don?t understand why the staff hadn?t seen it or dealt with it?
The toilet actually need to be totally refurbished but keeping places clean and hygienic is a basic standard for any establishment, more so for such a big company charging expensive rates.
It?s shameful really.
I never complain but this place is rancid!

Always been a good place but trialling cameras worn on the baristas like a go pro? What are you thinking? Please do not trial audio and video cameras on me. I do not appreciate that. You already have several cameras across the cafe, I don't need one in my face too.

Our hotel was two blocks away, and all our mornings started with a coffee from here. The coffee is good and the staff was great!

I visited this brunch early morning today. I?ve been served by a young lady called SeeHam. She?s been polite, well presented and soft spoken one. She patiently listen to me then served me with a coffee I did ask her for. She delivered a brilliant customer service in a very professional manner. Over all her smiley face made my day. I?ll def be back.

Its lovely but this caffe nero has ac switched on and its freezing, made me sick too. I hope they can just turn it off so we enjoy a cozy atmosphere. Not healthy for ac to beat down constantly. Had to go starbucks because of this and i dont even like starbuck.
