Train your staff because some only know how to stack shelfs. Looks like management gone down the toilet. Customer Service, looks poor from my first visit. Two people had no clue what product I'm trying to purchase. The guy was advising me the wrong product to buy! Avoid, its like they employ people with 0 skills.

My go to for home and school improvement. Always plenty of stock. Very helpful and friendly staff that go the extra mile for you. Also love the 30 minute collection option. Plenty of parking space outside with the gift of either grabbing hot food nearby or getting your car washed.

Today morning we went to the Hunger Lane branch of Wicks. There was a curly-haired girl named Hamz or Armz, and when we asked her about the lights, she responded with a rude expression. Later, when it was our turn at the counter, she deliberately walked away. This kind of attitude is not acceptable when dealing with customers.
Dear wicks please put some good staff i know she has been working for Many years here but that doesn't mean she can work with this kind of attitude.

Today, July 7, 2025, I came to Wickes Hamger Lane because there was stock of 2 Madison unit oven grey slab 600mm products. There was none on the shelf, I asked the staff and a young lady made me call the designer to tell me where the products were??they have no idea how to check the stock in the back....Gentlemen from WICKES, please train your staff well, at least put badges on them that they are beginners, let's stop messing with them thinking they are professionals! Not just here at Wickes, everywhere the staff leaves something to be desired. You go to them to help you with something and they don't know anything if you ask them, it's shameful to have such staff! Thank you!

I buy supplies from this branch quite often. As long as you are there more than 30 minutes before closing, the staff are friendly. They are usually well stocked. Cricklewood is larger with more stock.

Well organized and maintained store .The real value however is the staff proffesionalism. Helen, Bhumi and Hadia know all products and stock extremely well and occasionally whenever I've had issues with a product or return the customer service is second to none.
Great store with huge selection of products.Highly recommend
