I'm really happy and proud to have been a customer with Vodafone since 5 years +++Ealing Broadway Vodafone staff are really friendly and helpful .I'm very regular and well familiar to them for longer .Always get lovely and warm welcome every time I visit this store .I will highly recommend this Mobile network for everyone who may not have board yet .

Vodaphone is nowadays certainly about buisness not prioritising customer service like it used to be. Unless you pay them to set your phone up for uou in store Concerns with elderly people and those struggling with physical challenges.I'd not recommend

Today I was going to get a 5G broadbend for my house.The lady who served me had a very bad attitude and her incompetent just amaze me in some way, at the end she needs to call her manager to help her out after spending half an hour for nothing, and when my bank card wasn't accepted, she just said it is the bank and your problem. I think at least act like you feel sorry for me for wasting 45 mins of my time is a basic right? After this I went to check with my bank and they said there is nothing wrong with my card. When i left the bank to the 3 mobile next door. The gentleman at the 3 mobile there only spent 10 minutes to get everything ready for me. So i went back to Vodafone and i made a complaint about this, guess what that lady said to me? "If you are not happy, go complain about me on the vodafone customer service." At the end, she don't bother about wasting 45 minutes of my time just sitting there doing nothing.If you don't want to waste 45 minutes and the lady won't even apologize for anything, please avoid going in.Please never consider going into this shop, the lady who served me gave me the worst kind of customer service in my entire life, so bad that this is the first time i gave out a bad review.Their QR code for complaint is not even working. So i guess i will make my review here.

If you are looking for good deals and Best customer service, Ealing branch is the right place. Everyone in the store is kind and helpfull. I was served by Patryk who was amazing, very proffesional and made sure I was buying Phone that suits me and helped with all technical Staff. Highly recommending that store !
