Store seems to be run by complete amateurs.Booked contact lenses and optician appointment for Monday but was called same morning as they had to cancel due to staff sickness. Rebooked for Friday and same has just happened due to ?technical issues?.How hard can it be to just stick to an appointment?

Worst service I've had in ten years. I first ordered two pairs of glasses. Some came, I got a message and I was picking them up. Then the wait for the second pair began. After more than 14 working days I did not receive a message or mail that they were ready, I went to the optician. It was explained to me that there was a problem with the lab and they couldn't do them. After another 5-7 days, they offered me to make them, but at a higher price, which surprised me, since they had already said that the frame did not match the glasses. I agreed as I need my glasses. After about 10 working days, I called the optician again without result. They told me they would check what happened and call me back. They never called. But at the same time they still charge me because I use pay monthly plan.

Disappointed with prolonged wait times for both my eyewear orders at Vision Express. The first order took 22 days instead of the promised 3-7, and my second order, left unattended for 3+ weeks, lacked communication and an apology. Customer service, rated 3 out of 5, could benefit from improved attention to customer interactions. Suggestions include better communication during delays and a focus on standing while engaging with customers. I Just saw a Advertisement on Netflix But I will never buy anything from here. Hoping for enhanced service in the future. ( Ealing Broadway Branch)

Catherine was amazing, super helpful and friendly. I was able to resubscribe to my contact lense subscription really easily over the phone and change my address etc, she also helped me order me some lenses in time for the end of this week, which is greatly appreciated! Perfect customer service, glad I resubscribed, thank you Catherine.

Wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and very professional. Yousif is one of the best optometrist I have ever encountered. I highly recommend. Unfortunately after 3 years I have to change this review as the services are very bad . I was given apparently a new lenses prescription that I wasn?t even aware of as I was told nothing changed at the appointment. The appointment took place in may 2023 and from then until November I was having -1.75 on the right eye . With the new prescription which even though took place in may it only changed in November with 0.75 which is outrageous as for sure it couldn?t go that much down . Called the reception and was told she will give me a call ASAP . It has been days and no answer .

Very bad experience. They are short staffed and getting locals without any experience to do the eye tests. Unprofessional and unknowable. Don?t go to this store by any means .

Vision Express do not have optometrist employed directly by Vision Express instead they are actually contracted if there is a issue you won?t be able to see the same optometrist again.Employees working at the store are untrained and do not know how to talk to customers. One employee literally walking all around the stores with my information printed on the paper while dealing with other customers. This person also said to me how do I know if the vision is not correct with my new glasses and didn?t even wanted to listen to the problems I am going with my lenses.Note: Please do not ask me to resubmit the feedback using the weblink. Follow up message 30/08 - They still don?t have my contacts and have no idea about the status. Unfortunately, I paid the money, cannot even cancel the order. Shambles! Changed my rating to 1Earlier feedback: Not happy with the service at all (Ealing Broadway). There?s no one to pick up the phone, the wait time is long at the store. It is clear they?re short staffed. My glasses were delivered to the store but I got no message or call from the store asking me to pick up. I was told they expect the patient to call and find out as the auto message system is not working. My first fitting for contact lens last week was way off mark. They told me they?ll order new lenses. Today I found out from the store that the order was not placed at all.

Eye test and everything in-store went smoothly, and my optometrist was wonderful. However I've been trying to contact the store for 3 days now via phone (calling about 5/6 times a day) to discuss my contact lens fitting and no one picks up the phone!!UPDATE - asked for refund. I was told it would take up to 3 working days... it's been over a week now. Awful, awful service. Should've gone to Specsavers.

Vision Express Ealing keeps cancelling and rebooking appointments for children. The booking system on line is apparently different that in house system. Although you book child slot online, they will call you and tell you that you book adult slot and will try to rebook it. I had an appointmnet booked for today, I have received a phonecall 2h prior only to be told that clinic for today is cancelled. Manager is not avaliable for a conversation either. Next weekend appointment is end of September. I used to be impressed with the service they provide, not anymore.
