Turtle Bay at Ealing is amazing! They have the best drinks and honestly it?s the perfect place for a night out. The staff are so friendly, Sia was especially lovely and made the visit even better. I?m definitely coming back! ??

At the time of writing, Turtle Bay Ealing somehow has a 4.7 rating on Google (with just under 1,000 reviews). Do not believe it. If anything, it is a 2 at best.
The service, while polite on the surface, is painfully slow and frustrating. It took nearly 15 minutes before anyone would take our order, and even then only a manager could process it due to an allergy in our group. The ?manager? in question was the same man sitting at the bar casually having a drink while guests waited. When he finally wandered over, he admitted he knew nothing about allergens and told us to navigate the online menu ourselves.
Food took around 30 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was beyond disappointing. The jerk chicken was passable but flavourless, the jerk steak was both tiny and bland, and the Trini coconut curry was inedible. The doubles were the final insult, anyone from Trinidad would laugh in your face if they took a bite.
To make matters worse, when the waiter came round to ask how everything is, we told him it was not very good, he responded with, ?Ok great? and walked away.
Turtle Bay used to be a decent spot over 10 years ago, but now it is nothing but a hollow shell of its former self. Save your time, money, and taste buds.

We heard so many great things about Turtle Bay Carribean Social restaurant. It was the first place we visited when arriving in London from the US. They did not disappoint. The staff was delightful and food was delectable. We ended up visiting twice in the same day. Two for one Happy Hour specials was an added bonus. 10/10 place if you are looking for authentic Caribbean Food.

Lady at the door was fabulous, we had one extra person on the day so she put our time back a bit to be able to squeeze us all in.
Ewan was our server, he was so good! gave great advice on food and drinks and was very friendly.
great staff, food,drink & atmosphere. looking forward to another visit.
