I had worst customer experience from store Manager, I went to get some Spider-Man toys for my son?s birthday but told they did not have any so I then settled on alternative toy and then asked for carrier bag to which store manager said they did it have and gave green plastic refuse bag , for which I declined to take.Then manager start having argue with me , I responded with politely manner but he was getting more louder and asked to leave the store. It was very humiliating experience , I reported to issue to customer service via website have not yet got any response ,i even told that I am regular customer to which manager?s response was ,he has never seen me and insisted on to leave the premises . To establishment of business , you need get this resolved , it?s not acceptable to be treated like as a customer,.
