I had a number of questions about my bills over the last few months, so I went to the store in Ealing to get help in understanding them. Initially the store was not sure if they could help me but they gave me a number to ring (whilst I was in the store) to discuss with the billing team, but said they would be on hand should I need any help?\\n\\nAs it happened, the agent on the phone needed to clarify something about my contract with the local team, so this is when Jamie stepped in to help. Jamie took the time to understand the issue, and then help me explain the issues to the agent on the phone. The agent on the phone requested that an email be sent from the store so Jamie took the time to write a long email (clarifying a number of points with me) so my issues could be resolved quickly. This was Tuesday afternoon, January 24.\\n\\nJamie hoped that he would get a reply that day, and he requested that I should ring him at 6:15 that evening to see if a reply had been received. I did ring at 6:15. Spoke to Jamie, but no reply had been received. As Jamie had Wednesday off, he offered to explain him to his manager so I could contact his manager on Wednesday to see if a reply came in.\\n\\nI decided that, as Jamie had done a lot of the work to understand the issue, I was better to keep working with Jamie (instead of getting others involved) and we agreed that I would pop in Thursday morning. I met Jamie again on Thursday morning but unfortunately Jamie had received no reply. Jamie then rang the billing department again. and spent some time updating another agent and working with that agent and myself (probably spent an hour) trying to resolve the situation. In the end we left it last Thursday with Jamie needing to seek authorisation from his area manager to resolve the issue. Jamie indicated this would take a couple of days and we agreed that I would meet with Jamie again on Monday to see where we had got to.\\n\\nThe issues are not resolved as yet (as I have to pop down to the Ealing store today to meet Jamie). However just wanted to take the time and write this note in appreciation of the patience, time, professionalism and courtesy of Jamie in my dealings over the last week. It is a complicated matter, but he strived to understand issues and help me explain it to the contract/billing team. I have nothing but praise and admiration for the way that Jamie has assisted me with this matter. He is a pleasure to deal with\\n\\nGerard Carolan

Not sure if the staff here are intentionally misleading or just wildly incompetent. Tried to return home broadband under the 30 day money back guarantee, guy refused and made up some hogwash about no returns until CS have agreed signal is poor. That's not true and I'm sure he knew it. I eventually found sympathetic online support who agreed the store staff were 100% wrong and they organised my return instead. A big waste of my time and I won't touch Three again. Useless bunch in this shop.EDIT:Not sure what the reply from Three is talking about, there was no miscommunication from the store staff and the call centre staff to me. They were very very clear that they would not honour the home broadband 30-day money back guarantee as detailed in their T&Cs. The only miscommunication is between Three and their own staff over their returns policy! I doubt they will do anything to address this, better to just avoid Three entirely. If you must deal with Three support, use their Twitter team. Everyone else at this company is a waste of time.

The guy in the store offered me sim only plan with unlimited data and broadband with unlimited data for £20p/m and first 6 months for £10 p/m. That's hasn't happened. I have been charged for two separate account and I cancelled that contract after almost two months without additional fees. SCAM!

I went to the shop to renew my broadband contract and end up ben manipulated to sign a contract of a tablet that I didn?t really needed, 45 mins after signing it I asked to be cancelled , unfortunately I didn?t get any help from the manager or customer service., still waiting for them to contact me.

I can?t praise my advisor Constantin enough for his great levels of patience when dealing with me and my mum. This marks my second time this month that I have made a visit to the 3 store in Ealing Broadway and was served both times by Constantin? both times I walked out with great deals that were within my budget and a good overall experience. Not only was he patient and respectful, he also managed to provide a chilled environment while handling tedious calls and completing applications/setups. He remained calm and had a positive attitude throughout despite the various back and forth that we had between different deals. He provided us many options and gave us free rein to decide on the deals that best suited us even having to explain certain aspects over and over until it made sense. It was great customer service and I recommend all those seeking great deals to get in touch with this branch or even Constantin himself - not to take away from the hard work of the other staff members at the ealing store, everybody there is great however I?ve been served most by Constantin and I can vouch for his high standard of work and great level of knowledge ??

Came here to change my phone plan. Was assisted by Constantin. He made it super easy for me and he was very kind with offering me good deals as i am a student who's trying to figure out how to get an afforable phone plan :)

Upgraded my phone in December and part of the deal was to get a case for my phone. Didn't have any stock and was promised a call when the case was in stock. Went in a few times to collect as no call for an update and to collect. 5 months later.... nothing. Quick to sell but service is terrible.

Awful customer service. The person at the till took forever to complete a task. That resulted in a few waiting customers to leave the shop as they could not wait any longer . What a mistake to ever enter this inefficient store.

Very bad customer service. Before entering in the shop the guy on the front door asked rudely "Are you okay?"It looked like he was annoyed by us even entering the shop. This is very poor customer service and behaviour.

I went in today to ask about moving my number from pay monthly to pay as you go as I am moving abroad and want to keep my number for any important incoming calls/ texts and the staff member dismissed my question and told me to go across the street to Poundland as they do not deal with giving out SIM cards
