Unfortunately, my experience at this branch was disappointing. The bathroom was not clean, and there was a bad smell coming from both the bathroom and the seating area, which made it uncomfortable to stay. I hope cleanliness standards improve in the future. And the quality of the coffee is inconsistent. I suspect they don?t clean the machine regularly.?Insects in food as shown in the video pictures

Awful experience. I presented my blue light card app which I always do when I go to Starbucks with no problems and the lady refused it saying that they don?t accept it which is utter nonsense. She was very rude and I will not be returning to this branch.

Great place to relax and unwind. Pleasant servers who are courteous and efficient. Good view of greenery from the windows or simply people watch. Balanced mix of students, career folk, families and passers through. The music adds to the ambience.

I pass by the Starbucks in Ealing every morning or afternoon while taking my child to school, and I constantly see people smoking at the outdoor tables, blowing cigarette smoke towards pedestrians. While some may think it?s only for a moment, many Asian countries have already recognised the dangers of passive smoking and have designated smoking areas accordingly.
What?s even more concerning is that this area is frequently used by children. Starbucks is not actively encouraging smoking, but by placing ashtrays on the tables, they are effectively inviting people to smoke in a space where families and young children walk past.
I occasionally visit this Starbucks with a friend, and while I generally enjoy the coffee, the issue of smoking at the outdoor seating is something that really puts me off. For the sake of public health, Starbucks should ban smoking at its outdoor seating. Allowing it in such a high-footfall area is both inconsiderate and irresponsible.

Lovely spacious coffee shop. Wide choice of drinks, food and snacks available. Friendly staff, clean facilities with customer toilets. Lots of seating with a few tables outside too.

Love the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino and, at Christmas, the Eggnog Latte - basically anything that tastes truly artificial and more of a dessert than a ?real? coffee. A bit slow on making the order this time round but service with a smile and excellent in app ordering.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of customisable options on coffees in app and in store.
Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access with a ramp in and well maintained accessible toilet.

Hi there
I visited Starbucks today as i do every two to three days?with my 16 month old baby?
The manager called Fatema walked up to us and said: ?would you like to order? Because the space is filling up and its only for customers, you have been here a while? i looked around and the cafe was not getting busy but there were quite a few chairs and tables available?i felt i was prejudiced against because of my young baby who was happily walking in a space in the corner of the cafe. I literally had to hold my tears back, order a drink and leave- i felt extremely uncomfortable in her presence and therefore in the cafe.
I was taken back and became extremely vulnerable with her rude persona and direct aggressive eye contact?for a manager to treat regular customers like this which such words!!!- is honestly despicable! I would like an official investigation open, a formal apology from herself and the cameras checked and some serious training needs to be given to her. I feel there should be a formal disciplinary against her for her atrocious customer service. I will send in an official copy of this too.
