I strongly advise that you avoid these guys like the plague. The service is absolutely awful. And if anything ever goes wrong with what you buy then they couldn?t give a monkey?s! Go to TK Maxx or anywhere else.

I feel really sorry for the staff in this shop. They are really stretched. Just one person serving all the footwear departments on a Saturday. I can?t imagine it is fun working in those conditions. As a customer, don?t bother unless you are prepared to wait. We stood around for 20 mins then gave up. Product range is good but impossible to get served unfortunately.

Lots of products are out of reach so you need an employee to help you out, and they don?t seem happy to do! I had to wait over 40 Mins for someone to help me reach a hoodie that was on the top shelf.Price wise and product wise good as any sport direct but the employee makes you feel bad to ask for something

I goo today with my husband and baby girl in this store i ask the guy ho work in shouse area to help me out to change the shouse because was broke he tell us wait a bit and after 20 min wait i ask him if he have another one and he start to be very rude i think is the worst shop ever never come back again (he tell me i am not the only customer in condition that he get the broke shouse and tell us he go check another one) and start to talk with us like rubish,for me was ok i both for my self from jd but like this the shop have lost, this man dosent need to work with people he need to work with animals,because we dont goo in shop he talk with us bad because in the end we pay for that stuff not him

Incredibly rude and condescending! I went to return some shoes, which were worn once (honestly). Staff member: 423578 refused my refund or exchange (i really wanted trainers so it wasnt for money). What upset me was his attitude and patronising attitude. He first called me a 'lier'. He stated he knows i didnt wear the shoes just once. He then went on to ask my age and claimed he had been selling shoe since i was born. or something really stupid and condescending. The man was about 25 years old, and im in my mid 30s. What a ridiculous person and purely stupid thing to say! Anyways i wasted my time and was insulted whilst trying to honestly return items at the store. He claimed he 'loved complaints'. So i made a complaint about this person..pathetic person trying to bully patrons at the shop. STAFF NUMBER :423578. I hope you improve your attitude.

Used here 5 or 6 times always got what i needed. It?s a very busy store which is understandable so you just got to wait until you get a member of staff. Plenty of selection to choose from and is always kept organised

Do not go and buy from them. And if you do that, make sure you don?t need to return the item because they won?t refund your money back. They say this is the company policy. So I am not recommending you to waste your money in this store. READ THE POLICY FIRST

You can't tell customers to not come in 15 minutes before closing. That is rude to shout on someone. Unprofessional they should have been trained on customer service. Horrible

The store manager is a rude guy he was being rude with a kid who asked if he had his shoes size and when i said something i got refused to be served by all the staff in the store that guy should be not allowed to work in retail not to mention for him to be a sore manager. I hope the guy will be fired as is not fit to work in retail

Spent almost an hour here trying to find a staff member to get shoes in my size. Found one who disappeared to get them. I found her 10 minutes later and she had forgotten to go. Told me they didn't have them, then 'double checked' and brought them out. Awful service. If 0 was an option, they'd get that
