Apart from the very rude people who stare at the fat wobbling woman ( I have balance and body tissue problem's) clutching onto her husband for balance we notified them in advance that women were preferred when touching my face -I had an all female team Who were just lovely -they completely understood and were sad to show that there are some potential issues I got the glasses recommended today by their optometrist for the suspect issue and I?m amazed at the turnaround time a week! Amazing

I bought these glasses to replace the ones I was given which did not enable me to see and read the text on printed documents such as maps, menus etc. Even books and newspapers are sometimes are difficult. The optometrist said that the new ones would be better than the last ones. I am afraid he was wrong. There is no improvement since the last pair and others which have gone on for some time. I had a 12.45 appointment and called at 12.50 to advise I was 5 minutes away. I arrived within the 5 mins entered the store and waited for someone to assist me. I stood in the waiting area and at least 4 members of staff walked past me standing there and didn't ask if I needed assistance. Another 5 minutes later after serving someone at the till. I finally was asked why I was here. I explained I had an appointment and called to say I was running late and was advised that I was too late for my appointment as it had gone past ten minutes and it was now lunch time so everyone was going to lunch so I couldn't be seen and then offered to rebook me for 2.20 like I'm going to hang around for two hours for a 20 minute appointment. Poor customer service and I like I stated in store if I was going to be refused my appointment the person who answered the phone could of advised me of that when i called. I won't use specsavers again especially the ealing branch. You spend ages waiting g for someone to assist you and then they say you're too late for an appointment.

Good service, ok staff. I had a good feeling about the specialist who visited me. Their communication with the subjects (GPs, HOSPITALS, CLINICS, etc....) involved regarding the patient I would say is excellent, quick, and certainly professional. Overall I leave a very positive opinion.

I found the perfect Liberty designer spectacles at Spec-savers and I also got a state of the art eye test at Spec-savers. The service I received was really helpful and excellent from the optician team and eye glasses sales team because they are really knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend spec-savers in Ealing to my friends, family and colleagues because I like the range of eyeglasses that are available and not only is the service really professional but the atmosphere is amazing as well.

Most unhelpful, rude, and useless. Don't book your eye tests here if you want to purchase your glasses anywhere else. They will give you an incomplete prescription, and you will end up repeating the tests somewhere else again. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You pay for a service only to end up paying again somewhere else.

My recent visit to Opticians SpecSavers in Ealing Broadway, yesterday at precisely 5:45 PM, was initially marked by exemplary professionalism and care during my eye test. However, the trajectory of my experience took a disappointing turn during my attempt to gather supplementary information for purchasing glasses online.The individual who conducted my eye test and the accompanying female optician both exhibited commendable professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a comfortable and thorough examination. Regrettably, the positive atmosphere dissipated when I reached out to the store this morning for assistance.Upon contacting the establishment, I was greeted with a level of rudeness and indifference that was profoundly disheartening. The staff member's repeated interruptions and refusal to provide essential information, notably the pupillary distance (PD), left me perplexed and frustrated. It was unreasonable to expect me to inquire about this during my visit, especially considering that it was not communicated to me as a standard aspect of the eye test.Furthermore, the suggestion to seek assistance elsewhere was not only unhelpful but also reflected a concerning lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. Consequently, I am compelled to escalate this matter by submitting a formal complaint to the head office of Opticians SpecSavers.As a discerning consumer who values professionalism and quality service, I find it imperative to highlight instances where such standards are not met. I trust that this feedback will prompt a thorough examination of customer service practices within the organization.Although my first experience at Opticians SpecSavers was valuable, the following encounter was disappointing due to unprofessionalism and a lack of care for customer satisfaction, which did not meet my expectations.

She solved the problem and sorted out a new pair for me alongside her colleagues. Thank you all! GORDON'S RAMSEYS OPTICIANS NIGHTMARE!I turned up at my scheduled appointment on time this afternoon and was made made to wait needlessly by the assistant who struggled to find my appointment on their computerised system, pointing out to me that they were new to the workplace and to be patient whilst they consulted colleagues standing next to them. I repeated my name and surname several times before i lost my patience, told them in no uncertain terms how USELESS they all were and stormed out of the shop. I will never set foot in a specsavers branch ever again, hopefully they will disappear from the High Street altogether such is their world class mediocrity in customer service.
