Excellent customer service from knowledgeable staff, particularly Bart, who I often see on the shop floor asking customers if they need help in such a relational, non-pressured way. He?s helped a relatively inexperienced handyman like me with great advice, from his own personal experience, when needed. Great value products and a very positive customer experience.

Found exactly what I required for the window units , seals and rubber with a nice little locking system, perfect fit for upvc and the staff was great and helpful here, if I could change one thing it would be the range

We consistently receive exceptional service from Rumit at Selco Hanger Lane. He truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of his role. Rumit is not only extremely helpful but also incredibly proactive, especially when it comes to organising deliveries and schedules. He always goes out of his way to accommodate our needs, ensuring everything runs smoothly for us. What really sets Rumit apart is his dedication to customer communication; he's even been courteous enough to call us with updates after we've left the store.
