Incredibly slow. Been waiting 30min to see someone and now there is a queue of 3 people behind me. Every few minutes they say another 5mins. Shocking. Oh and it's £4.20 per hour to park.

Got in a spot of bother when a fraudster texted me and asked if I could transfer some money to their account. I immediately froze my card and called Santander. Monica from the Ealing branch was efficient, reassuring and dealt with the situation superbly! Thanks Monica! Hope you have a great day

This is a busy branch. Waiting time to be served, 5 to 15mins. Staff are doing everything to serve the community. However, I noticed that most of the clients are elderly. Some have mobility issues. It will be very helpful if the branch will provide more chairs or seats for them and also a special queue for the elderly will be great.

Ridiculously understaffed. Waited in line to drop off some documents needed to open up an account. Very old school ways of working. Documents need to be photocopied and posted like we?re in the 90s. Why should I pay for postage to open up a bank account. Crazy!

The most ridiculous branch ever visited! Only 2 or 3 staff working and always over crowded to which they never care.. you will have to wait 3 hours just for a small work aswell. I would suggest to everyone that better go to any other branch than wasting you time here.

Had the misfortune to visit this branch with my aged mother on 2 occasions . Queues all the way to the entrance with only 2 out of 3 counters open on both visits. A lot of elderly customers have long waits to get served. The branch manager is invisible and the the staff are totally unmoved by the length of the queues. Absolutely terrible experience.

I was in the bank in the morning, the queue was small, I wanted to arrange a loan, but I was in work clothes, the lady who was supposed to be helpful to the customers ignored me as if I was not there, when I asked she said that I could not talk to anyone because I had no appointment even though the staff were not busy with other people.
