This is a lovely welcoming shop with a faithful clientele, due to the good cause, but also mainly due to the warm and personable manager Lorraine, who does such a energetic and friendly job

I think this is the best charity shop in Ealing and that is in large part down the woman who runs it. She is so cheerful and pleasant it makes dropping off stuff and browsing a pleasure. We always bring our best stuff here as a result and have had loads of lucky buys as well.
I was sorry to hear today that she is leaving - she'll be missed! I hope one of the other nearby charity shops employ her, so I can switch over

It?s always a pleasure to visit this charity shop, manager Lorraine is full of positive energy and the volunteer team work hard to make it a success. Ealing has many new, ?fancy? charity shops, but this one is by far the best, with many loyal local customers. I am sure it?s the community feeling and the friendliness of the place that keeps people coming back.

I recently dropped in some items and the lady who runs this shop is a superhero!! I cannot explain how amazing she is, I truly felt honoured to be in her company. The passion she has for this cause the RSPCA is woven into her heart and when she explained our late Queen(God bless her soul) was the Patron Saint I could feel the loss she has but also the joy this has now been passed to His Majesty King Charles III.
All I can say is I felt I was in the presence of a true Angel - thank you for your hard work, thank you for just being you. :-)

The Royal Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is at the top of my agenda of charity shops with very special causes in mind. I often browse second hand charity shops for bargains which nowadays come in the shape of sports shirts, ? DVDS & CDS ?. Personally I think that the second hand high street charity shops do a marvellous job. In helping to ?? recycle so many useful items at such competitive prices. I was pleased to find the staff helpful and friendly.
