This is a lovely welcoming shop with a faithful clientele, due to the good cause, but also mainly due to the warm and personable manager Lorraine, who does such a energetic and friendly job

Love this charity shop! Helps that the manager is so friendly and I always look forward to seeing her when I visit! Makes my day! Great items, always fresh items and I visit several times a week!

I think this is the best charity shop in Ealing and that is in large part down the woman who runs it. She is so cheerful and pleasant it makes dropping off stuff and browsing a pleasure. We always bring our best stuff here as a result and have had loads of lucky buys as well. I was sorry to hear today that she is leaving... read full comment
