Awful customer service!
Store closes at 6pm Ines-Teamleader stoping customers to enter at 5:43 claiming ?cause we have sale???
How?s this justified? No wonder why retailers like them struggles or shuts down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is awful and the staff need training in manners and how to talk to customers. I am a strong supporter of keeping the high street alive but when shops are like this I am not surprised it is struggling. Nothing purchased and will not be returning or recommending them to anyone local.

Horrible experience.. I'm a very regular customer but the Ealing store staff needs a proper customer service training. They walk around every customer and stare at them while browsing as if they're stealing!! I didn't feel comfortable at all. I've had to order my items online. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

me and my sister took a trip to get some trousers from ealing broadway and we found an amazing pair which looked really modern, the issue was that they only had my size in stock and now sis has to wait a week for hers, only reason for a star less, lol
