Great store, well stocked and lovely staff. There has been recent renovations, which look great. My only issue is that they seem to be phasing out staffed checkouts in favour of self service checkouts, which I find a bit of a pain and prefer the human interaction of a traditional till. However, the staff are very friendly and happy to help.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this store, due to a creepy male security guard trailing me around in a very obvious manner. It started when I was browsing the ladies' underwear section and turned around to see him watching me. Word of advice: if you're going to unfairly single out a lone female shopper, don't do it in the bra section, and don't watch them as they browse said bras. It just makes you look like a complete creep, which, judging by his appearance (longish, greasy, bleach-blonde hair pinned back with a headband), he probably was.
Unnerved by the situation, I left the area and made my way towards the complete opposite end of the store, to get away from this security guard. Lo and behold, as soon as I got there, he was directly behind me again, watching me and following my every move.
I felt so uncomfortable that I had to alert a female ship assistant about this security guard's behaviour. Thankfully she was very supportive and sympathetic towards my situation, but I definitely won't be returning to this shop again on account of this creepy and unprofessional staff member.

I was at Primark Ealing Broadway today, they had a 2 minutes silence for VJ day. The staff stopped serving, everyone was quiet but the music continued to blare out of the speakers. Personally I found this was a complete mockery. The company should hang their heads in shame.

I have no clue why some people think it?s a good idea to change layouts and make these unnecessary fixes to stores.
They have reduced the changing rooms, there were probably too many before but now there are too little.
The tills are right at the back of the store, the nightwear/lingerie/accessories section fills up a large portion of the store and I feel as though there aren?t as much clothes anymore.
Really don?t like going to the store anymore I probably won?t be either. It?s all weirdly placed

Although the renovation looks amazing in the store and recently the quality of the clothes has been amazing, the store has such loud music that after a long day of work it gives you even more of a headache and makes the shopping experience horrible!! I would prefer spending my money and time somewhere quieter where i can enjoy my experience, it?s not a club!

I usually had pleasant experience shopping in there but today was treated very rude by the cashier. God knows if she had a bad day but from the moment I asked her to exchange my items, she was acting as if she was forced to help me and in the end she turned to the manager to carry out the exchange because in her words, she wasn?t going to deal with me today. Not sure what I have done, I simply asked for exchange and showed her what the defect was in my item. The manager stood next to us and has not intervened even once until I spoke up for myself and called out the cashier?s rude behaviour. The manager then told me to calm down although I was not raising my voice or using inappropriate language, I simply said I do not understand what problem the cashier had with me. The cashier then refused to give me back my receipt (I had multiple items on it, not just the item I was exchanging). In all honesty, I am mostly disappointed with the manager?s lack of response to the situation, she looked scared to intervene the whole time. Be prepared that if you do come across a rude staff at this shop the management is not going to do anything about it, apparently it?s an acceptable way of treating customers.

My wife..she brought clothes from them and the size is very small for her..never been use.still tag on it.I bring next day to change is but one of counter staff refused to change?I said to her call the manager I want speak to manager..also she refused..it?s really bad Coustomar service..I never been accepted from primark like that service??

Asked one of the workers Jenny for help to find an item and she told me it would be a couple of minutes. So after more than half an hour of waiting I asked one of her collegues and she just told me they don?t have it at all as if I hadn?t been told they may have it earlier on. I was also ignored multiple times by one the workers who directed me to Jenny, I would have appreciated it if Jenny at least came back to update me. Overall made me waste my time, customer service needs an improvement here.

What a mess at the Ealing Broadway store... The refurbishement is awful, no more tills with staff on them, only a tiny section of self service tills (you don't pay me a wage to do such things) To top it of, there's new random illegal bag search. (like you're about to go thieving and head straight to a checkout). Going through someone's personal belongings is violating.I saw a black grandmother being searched and she felt like she was being profiled. It's a disgusting practice and I'll never step foot in the Ealing store again. Unless you have reason to search anyone's belongings it should be against the law. Primark is not customs at an airport, your a cheap clothing store

Worst experience l was served by one of the black lady I don?t remember her name but she was rude unprofessional and RACIST I visited around 4-4:30 went for exchange but seems like the lady was not willing to do it and trying to escape and asking me to shift to another counter if I didn?t like her service and threw shirt at the table and passing racist comments hope they take some action against her

The new till setup is just disgusting. Trapping people behind gates until they can prove they've paid shows just how little respect you have for your customers, and also makes the checkout experience feel very claustrophobic. I will not be visiting this 'prison' again. Whatever happened to being innocent until proven guilty.

Worst experience ever. I live in Ealing and Ealing primark was my go to for everything.
I went around 11am in the morning to return one item as it wasn?t fitting me well.the staffs working at counter 1,2 downstairs , humiliated, discriminated and sadly racism is the word I have to use. Just as a student , I can?t waste my money and returning the unused item with tag respectfully. They asked me to show my bank account to match every details.
Sadly, uneducated and uninterested staff on that counter didn?t understand that, after changing my new mobile phone, the virtual number changed. Even when I m showing my transaction with the date, time , literally from my bank account ? they refused to look at but kept accusing me of fraud. I literally had to call my partner to bring my old phone to prove that virtual account number varies as I changed my phone. But let alone apologies , that lady on counter number 1 , started shouting us in front of everyone and swearing at us.
I demand primark Ealing to fire or take action to the desk No.1 , downstairs, black lady.
Super rude, uninterested, zero knowledge, zero professionalism, mean comments on customer. Nothing about her is tolerable.
