I recently had a great experience thanks to a server named Fentaye. She was friendly, patient, and really helpful. When I couldn't decide what to order, she suggested the Applegito, and it was perfect. Her excellent service made my visit memorable.

No filter coffee ever so they try to upsell you, the oldest and dirtiest Pret I know, just needs a lick of paint some oil/varnish and a good clean and some filter coffee! :-)

So I have been working from this Pret for about a month now, and im really enjoying it. The internet is surprisingly good! The staff are always sooo nice! Especially Mohammed and Rob! Always super friendly, its a pleasure to chat with them each day.
They close the upstairs part of the shop at 5, which is a little early considering the shop closes at 7:30. Around 4pm it seems they turn the aircon up full blast...but when I ask they turn it up. Sadly we do get homeless looking people sleeping on the couches upstairs, but they have never bothered me.

I have given such a low star rating as the toilets were covered in faeces and not toilet roll. The staff were friendly when being served however they were so busy to rectify the problem when asked staff!!! Very expensive experience for such a poor facilities

Ordered my food from here was expecting a drink and croissant but the driver spilt the drink making my croissant wet looking at this looked like the sticker to prevent spills wasn?t stuck on properly so in a hot weather i couldn?t enjoy anything leading me to order else where so overall cost me about 20£ for a drink
reported to uber who said they can?t do anything the driver begged me not to leave him a bad review but nevertheless i?m the one who suffered

I Hate prets STRAWs if you get a cold drink you have to drink it straight away can't enjoy it as the straw breaks!

The only thing that makes this place worth visiting is the card entitling you to 5 drinks a day for a month. A large percentage of many of the coffees is comprised of foam. The queue system at this particular Pret is ridiculous, as customers must stay huddled together in a corner to await their drinks. One or more of the toilets is usually out of order. The upstairs closes by 5, although the downstairs closes at 7.30, which results in limited seating and a filthy downstairs toilet.
