Pizza Hut you ok ??Previously, I ordered a small pizza online, but when it was delivered, I was shocked at how small it was for the price.Today, I decided to give it another chance and ordered a MEDIUM vegan pizza.I wanted a regular one, but the Deliveroo app required me to choose gluten-free.When the driver delivered the pizza, I was in shock! They gave me a small square pizza for £21.98!!! It wasn?t even cut.This is ridiculous. You must be out of your mind.they also forgot to include my dips as well.I will not be ordering from them anymore. The prices are absurd for such small portions.

Ordered online with ease and collected from the South Ealing branch in West London. I would like to provide you with some positive feedback regarding one of your employees, the store manager Mr Manik.While I was waiting to collect the pizza, we had a nice conversation. He was helpful in explaining the different options and deals available online and at the store for future orders. He is very courteous, friendly, professional, and he is an asset to your company. His customer service skills are outstanding. I commend him for his professional mannerisms. I believe there will be a way for you to reward him in some way or another.These days, it's quite rare for people to provide positive feedback, so please accept my message as a word of appreciation for your outstanding member of staff. I have worked in the customer services department for an airline for over 25 years, and I do know what good and bad customer service is all about. Please pass on my sincere thanks to him and will be looking forward to seeing him and your other staff at the store.

I ordered a takeaway and it arrived fresh and hot. The driver was super friendly. I also forgot to add a large drink to my order online but when i called to ask for it to be added i fully expected to be told no, its too late but the staff accomodated this with no problems. So helpful and kind. Will definitely order

Every time you go they pester you asking for a review like you owe them, so here's mine.I had already problems with this store as I've found a long brown hair once in my pizza. I've got in touch but they didn't really care.I decided to give them another go and this time the guy that served me cleaned his nose with his hands whilst handling my food.Disgusting.

Worst pizza ever. I ordered a thin crust large margarita and instead got the thickest crust ever and it tasted disgusting. When we phoned to rectify the situation, the women said it was thin crust and we can try other crusts next time and left it at that. Worst service, worst pizza!

Almost 1am Sunday and there's a bunch of people blowing up fireworks next to it. I can see them going in and out of the pizza hut, which makes me think it's someone with the keys that work there. Absolutely ridiculous trashy behaviour. I hope whoever is doing that gets seriously burned to learn their lesson.

First of - love the south Ealing branch.The staff are all amazing, flexible and tend to all your needs. Thank you Sumit for all the extra sauces also :D Appreciate you!Would love to leave a 5 star BUT the pizzas are a bit of hit or miss. We believe the cheese is not fresh all the time or they're unclean with the pizza making process as my boyfriend then suffers for the rest of the night.Regardless pizzas always taste amazing and are ready at the speed of light.

Ordered a collection of sides which should have come with a dip. Picked them up. The boxes were sealed, but the collection slip clearly states that the garlic dip was part of the order, presumably in the sealed boxes. Got home. No dips. Don't trust this franchise- open the boxes there and demand what you've paid for. I won't be using them again as when I called to complain the guys didn't understand the problem and basically asked what I wanted him to do about it. When I asked if he could put a note on the system against my phone number so that they didn't make the same mistake next time, he was clueless.Definitely buyer beware with this outlet

Worst Pizza Hut ever. The lady took my order and then lost all my details and I waited 1.5 hours for my food and then rang then and she said I?m sorry I lost your details, I don?t know what type off system these guys are using. She then sent food which was sitting around for a hour and a half. After that I should have stayed away but because I like Pizza Hut I tried again. This type the man phone the phone could not even communicate properly. He had me in the phone asking me questions about the delivery address for 7 mins and then just couldn?t understand what I wanted to order and didn?t know anything about the menu. This branch is appalling and definitely letting Pizza Hut down. They need to have a look at this branch. Will definitely not be ordering from here again

We had a lovely pizza delivered by Mandeep Singh. He was very professional and extremely polite. One of the nicest and efficient delivery drivers I have encountered!
