The staff in this store are so friendly, always happy to help. Went in today to get help with my charm bracelet, they fixed the issue very quickly and were so friendly. Diana and Tamana were lovely!

I bought a bracelet less than two months ago for £60, and it has already turned black. I went to the store over the weekend, and the lady working there told me to come back during the week so they could ?fix it.?
I took time out of my day today and went back, only to be told to just wipe it with a cloth because ?it might be dirty.? I found this response completely unprofessional. I can tell the difference between dirt and material that has discoloured. The bracelet is clearly not dirty ? it?s lost its colour, and wiping it aggressively didn?t help at all.
Not only did I waste my time and money, but I also feel extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of responsibility from the staff. For a brand like Pandora, I honestly expected much better. If this is how your products hold up after just a few weeks of normal use, I seriously question the quality and customer service of this company.

I recently visited Pandora in Ealing and was served by the Manager - she showed me showed me jewellery that I really liked - I never thought that I would like a style like their ?Essence ? collection but truly I fell in love with it and I purchased the lovely gold bangle and stacking rings that match the way I dress !
Can?t wait to go back in there soon to explore and discover more ! What a lovely experience! I have being served by such an experienced and knowledgeable person that helped me discover such amazing pieces of jewellery ! Thank you Diana for introducing and thank you Pandora for the beautiful jewellery you create

This Pandora store in Ealing consistently disappoints. Despite multiple visits for various issues with my purchases over tge years, the staff have been unhelpful every single time. It's particularly frustrating as other Pandora stores, and even their online customer support, have always been able to resolve my problems with ease. If you're in Ealing and need assistance with your Pandora jewelry, I strongly recommend seeking help elsewhere.

Diana or dayana absolute filth, clearly needs some training, not sure why they give people management roles any training, clearly does not like it when she is in the wrong, moment i walked got judgemental looks up and down, however Natalia handled the situation gracefully not sure why she isn?t store manager, will be taking this matter further.

Very polite and attentive help from Mabel today ! She patiently helped me pick out a Mother?s Day gift and showed and explained each of the pieces to me while being genuine in her conversation and helpfulness. Very Kind service and will definitely come again :)

We went to Pandora today evening.Staff in this branch is amazing excellent customer service.We were served by Natalia she is very soft spoken ,helpful ,welcoming and friendly.Personally I will definitely go back to this Ealing store again.The staff really make you comfortable.

Avoid at all cost they have attitude and not helpful what so ever. They have put me off ever buying anything again from pandora. You get told you have a 2 year warranty to replace an item that's damaged but they don't want to help at all went into the store 3 times and no help. I dealt with the new assistant manager and her colleague Sam and Anina completely useless individuals. Online customer services say one thing and they say a completely different thing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have been to the Pandora Ealing Broadway quite a few times and they are always very helpful and have a copious variety of jewellery to pick from. I was lucky to have been looked after by Ellie and Anina regarding a lost stone in a ring and not only were they able to give me copious guidance on my issue, but went above and beyond to ensure all questions were answered. Would highly recommend this branch and a big thank you to the two ladies who helped me!
