I don't understand what the point of an open branch is ? Just close it down an put cash machines outside. As an NHS employee I've been unable to withdraw money (over £500), or receive counter service because I work Monday to Friday. Service opening times are those where I cannot even pop out during lunch break, after or before work.\\n\\nWhat's the point ?

Shocking service.Went to this branch to get help via an actual human. Yet, I go in and I just get directed to the cash machine.Explain to the advisor the reason why I needed to see someone to do it via a counter - as it hadn't worked with multiple branch machines previously - yet, she is completely condescending.If you want to be helped by people who actually care about customer service, then I'd avoid this branch completely.

Went in there yesterday to pay a bill, I was told I could only pay with cash, ok fine, there was no queue 3 tellers, the very unhelpful and condescending lady said ok please go to my colleague and he will help, he looked up and said no sorry I'm doing something, another lady was counting cash. I was then told just wait there until we can help, she was not busy. I left the bank as I felt quite disrespected, if she is the branch manager, she requires further customer care training, and it's no wonder the branch has such negative reviews.

The lady on customer service don?t even let me talk, was sos rude, she really need to be retrained, I feel that was racist as well, the bank might be good but I never will know I take my business to another one that was completely different.

I went into the branch recently and received fantastic customer service support with my banking issue. I also received great advice in addition to my request. Thank you NatWest Ealing team! I can also confirm that the hours stated on Google are accurate.

I went into branch and they were very helpful and the process I needed was simple and painless thankfully.

Not only this branch but NatWest Worldwide is the worst bank ever. I don?t recommend to anybody. After 3 years of being customer ( 100% of the payments made on time each month, not a single problem from me) they closed my account for absolutely no reason issued. Try any other bank that respects its customers?

Just checked on line showing opened, drived there and they have a letter in front of the door closed. Why can't you update your online so you I don't have to waisting time.
