Back grill wasn't working so many items weren't available. Butterfly chicken was burnt on the underside. Booth for 10 people but no jugs of water available so the 2 people on the end had to keep getting out to fill the tiny glasses with water. Overall disappointing.

Placed an order at 8pm, was told about 90 minutes. By 10:20pm food still hasn't arrived, I get a call saying that the location 'has run out of wings and thighs' and that my entire order was cancelled. Originally went to Nandos in Park Royal, after attending bowling which had a queue outside. Kill-joy!! We then went to Ealing Nandos; the staff were 10/10.
