The food was not worth it £19 for a little bit of chicken and a pitta bread so expensive and not worth the money also the ice cream was disgusting.

i?ve only ever ordered delivery from here but every time the food is amazing. even when we?ve called them to request sauces they?re extremely accommodating and so polite!

Staff lovely, but food was shockingly bad. My ?grilled? chicken was completely white??? No grill marks, no taste at ALL. My partner had the halloumi and mushroom pitta, I?ve never seen a meaner portion of halloumi in my gastronomic history. You could almost see through the halloumi, it was laughable. The spicy rice we were served was stone cold in parts and boiling hot in others. The clearly microwaved side was really the cherry on top of our meal. We were regulars here for years, and always always loved the food here, but haven?t been for a couple of years now. I?m not sure quite what has happened to Nando?s, but I most certainly won?t be returning. What a disappointment, what was once such an institution, has now fallen into the same old fast food trap. Never again.

Disgusting behaviour of the staff.we arrived 3 minutes earlier of opening times, I beg the staff to enter and wait inside instead of outside as I was with my severe autistic child and his brother, I explained to them that my son is autistic and this will cause him a great distress as he doesn?t know the concept of waiting and it?s only 3 minutes earlier !!!! and I begged them to wait inside and they didn?t let us in at all and they shout the door in our face, my son ended up having a meltdown with screams outside the Nando?s for full 30 minutes of distress, and he didn?t even want to try and come back to Nando?s at all, this is my last time ever I will ever visit such a place of disgusting staff ( black lady and Indian guy) sorry for prescribing them as their race but only because I don?t know their names , if they let us int this won?t happen at all. Definitely I don?t recommend this place to any special needs kids and parents

Dropped in to get a medium spiced 'grilled chicken' wrap for takeaway. It was ready quickly (too quickly, like 2 mins). I took one bite and noticed the chicken was unseasoned and barely warm. I went back and showed them, so they made a fresh one. I asked why I'm not seeing chicken go on the grill, to which the manager showed me they use a different 'grill' in the kitchen - a flat top stove, which is just a frying pan without oil. So if you expect to get grilled chicken at Nando's, you won't!
When the fresh wrap came I was about to leave with it but a staff member (an Asian girl) asked me to check it while I was there. I told her that the chicken is better now but the wrap on this one is stale and hard. She started to argue with me that it's because I only ordered a single fillet wrap and so there's more bread on it(?), which makes no sense in terms of whether the wrap is hard and stale or not.
It seemed she asked me how it was just so she could argue with me, making up excuses for it instead of trying to get things right. What should have been a simple order became a negative experience. Would not recommend on the basis of staff service.

Visited Ealing Common branch for my nephews birthday with all the family.
Service was great staff were smiley and attentive, one even refilled my water for me which is definitely going above and beyond.
I had my usual order of chicken thighs rice and peas.

When I visited Nando?s to pick up a delivery order, I encountered an incredibly rude experience with one of the staff members, a young Indian woman wearing a pink shirt. When I approached the window and showed her the order number, she abruptly shut the window in my face, took the order back, and walked away without any explanation. Trying to stay understanding, I assumed she might have been having a bad day and decided to approach her friendly colleague instead. To my shock, she intervened again, instructing her colleague not to hand over the order to me. I was left feeling deeply disrespected and disappointed by her unprofessional behavior. It?s unfortunate that such actions can ruin the reputation of a great restaurant like Nando?s and make customers feel unwelcome. I hope this feedback leads to better training and customer service in the future.
