Regular customer at this Morrisons.Fond of the very convenient self-checkout section, despite this, these past few weeks there always seems to be a very passive aggressive staff member on duty.Would be nice if they didn?t talk to customers in a condescending manner.

Last week I went to Morrisons in Ealing Broadway and I witnessed one of the managers telling a member of the public who is a regular customer at the store for many years or should I say donkey years that he is not allowed to charge his phone even though he has been doing it for many years without question or harassment. I believe it was not fair to tell a loyal customer not to charge his phone as it is discrimination as I have seen many other customers doing the same but have never been approached by management and told they cannot charge a a dying phone.

Received PCN after shopped over 90 mins. But it was due to 2 incidents encountered and delayed the payment in the self-serviced paying machine needing their staff to resolve. They don't accept explanation in the appeal.

Morrisons is a great place to shop, always good quality and reasonable prices.

I have been a loyal customer of Morrisons for a long time and regularly shop at this store. However, I had a very upsetting experience today that I feel compelled to share.
While I was waiting in line at the self-checkout area, a tall white male customer suddenly cut in front of me. I tried to speak up and assert my place in the queue, but shockingly, he accused me of queue-jumping instead. To make matters worse, a staff member who witnessed the entire incident did absolutely nothing to stop him. In fact, I was told to go to the back of the queue while he was allowed to proceed and check out.
As a 163cm Asian woman, I can?t help but feel that I was treated this way because I was perceived as someone who could be easily ignored or bullied. Whether intentional or not, this experience felt deeply unfair ? and potentially discriminatory. I never expected to feel unsafe or disrespected while shopping in my own community.
I hope Morrisons takes this feedback seriously. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their race or appearance

A well - stocked supermarket, which has everything you need. Plenty of self - checkouts to go round.
The only con with this supermarket is it?s a bit of a looking game when trying to find a self - checkout that is free, most of the time there is one staff member patrolling around 20 checkouts. Morrisons Ealing Broadway needs to adopt a similar style to the new Lidl West Ealing, adding staff at the self checkouts to call the shoppers over, rather than having them looking around themselves.

Better value than Waitrose. Nicer staff than Waitrose. Parking a bit of a pain.
