Everytime I go into this metro bank in ealing I am waiting around for 5 to 10 minutes to be served. I wouldn't mind to much but there's always one cashier and 3 to 4 member of staff just sitting down or talking to eachother? Been in 3 times this morning to deposit some money waiting for 5 mins without acknowledgement that I'm even standing there, really considering changing banks as metro has changed over the years from opening times and friendly staff in which both are crap now.
Need to teach your staff how to smile there all so miserable and not surprised by the negative reviews you have here!

I have changed this from a 1 star to a 3 star
Big improvement in staff. The last two visits have been very efficient maybe by the end of the year be a 5 star

I have only been in the bank on a few occasions,
and I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful.

Went to pay cash in. Was made to feel like a criminal and was told to bring atm withdrawal slips in future. Refused my deposit. I don?t like online transactions, I?m 72 and like to withdraw cash and deposit it into my acc to pay bills, but don?t expect to be treated like this.

Extremely disappointed with Metro Bank's service at the Ealing branch. I recently visited a Metro Bank branch regarding my business account, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout the interaction employee named Egarta, was shockingly curt in her speech. To make matters worse, she was constantly chewing something, possibly the chewing gum, while speaking to me, which came across as disrespectful and dismissive.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, neither of which was present during my interaction with Egarta. It's unacceptable for staff to behave this way, especially when dealing with business clients who rely on efficiency and respect.

Absolutely rubbish and unfriendly people the brunch always is short of staff well that?s what they saying but I see many staff just walking around and doing nothing at all the waiting is so long

I had a fantastic experience at Metro Bank Ealing. The staff were welcoming, efficient, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. A special shout-out to Meshgan, who was absolutely excellent?professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout. She took the time to answer all my questions and ensured everything was handled promptly. Great customer service like this really makes a difference. Highly recommend this branch!

Really disappointed in the service experienced here especially with Idris. He told us one thing which turned out not to be true, and a 30 minute visit he said would be 30 minute turned into 1.5 hours because he did not put the info in he said he was going to put in will not be coming back here. And may even change my bank.

Worst service ever waited 1 hour just to get my bank statement I hope they change the management team and the the one on the front desk she is very rude and insulting

Used to be open 7 days a week 7 - 7 now 9.30 to 5pm Monday to sat. Not good when they assured it was only closed 2 days per year. For the working public, this isn?t perfect. Cutting costs perhaps ? Probably change banks - now card printing unavailable- user unfriendly bank nowadays

I had an Awful experience in Metro bank Ealing Broadway, I was racially profiled by one of the cashiers, and told that I was not allowed to deposit £270 cash into my bank account unless I could show evidence as to where I got the money from. I complained to management but was dissatisfied with how my complaint was handled. I?ve never been so insulted in my life! I will never go back in the Ealing branch again, and after banking with Metro for many years, I will not be depositing anymore cash into my account, in fact I?m so offended that I?m planning to close my account completely and will also be closing my children Metro accounts also!

Just no customer service ,they all sit at the desk doing other things totally ignoring customers only one person serving ..it's always tedious going into this place because you don't know how long you are going to be standing around ..not a smile on one of their faces ..

The guy working there Ashish Dhakal can not even help new applicant to open a new account,
More than 2 weeks ago, he did my paperworks, all he neede to was so simple, checking my papers, Id and home address, and he had 45 minutes to do that, im not working for a bank, but i think it should not be that hard to open a bank account for a new customer, as they doing this many times a day, just a simple work, easier than making a cup of coffee, and acting he is more than a professional.
I Do not recommend Metro specially Ealing branch.
