Do not order from these jokers either on McDelivery, Uber or any other system because EVERY TIME they screw the order up and you'll have missing food items and the refunds they issue are just the basic cost value of one item and fail to take into account that their mistake screwed up your lunch. Awful. Always.

The food was stale and straight off the shelf and by the time I had starting eating it I was already in the car driving again, next time I will make sure to say I want everything fresh

Atmosphere was good and the team member specially a lady workingin the front was trying to keep the place clean.I don?t know about the food, but as far as the feedback is concerned the shift managers are not even willing to take the feedback from the customers instead they argues they become furious and angry on the customers. However they don?t show it on their face but the way they speak the customers can predict their behaviour. The shift managers needs some sort of training They are not even able to speak fluent English. I don?t know how come this guy has become a shift manager.

Stay away from this place, the staff are lazy and have no hygiene standard along with the food,.it's giving McDonald's a very bad name, and the place is disgusting.

Ordered french fries and I watched the Staff put them in a paper bag with the rest of my items: how they became stone could by the time I reached the front door is a mystery?
When one can't even get fries right there's a problem in the kitchen....

This place simply isn?t safe. There are random acts of violence and threatening behaviour in broad daylight. What the poor staff have to endure here is unacceptable. McDonald?s corporate you should be ashamed of putting your staff at risk as you do. This place should have 24/7 armed security. If you have an alternative, go elsewhere.

The food is fine but the employees are so racist toward ethnic minority customers and delivery drivers, it's really sad to see this kind of behaviour at macdonald's, specially the employee named Diksha needs to be reviewed.

Dragged here against our will by a 'friend' who assured us this was a superior McDonalds to that in South Ruislip. How wrong this proved to be!
We arrived around 2am and promptly ordered. Lots of unusual characters in its subterranean depths, infernal beeping of food orders placed but not prepared, a throng of delivery drivers scrumming before the counter.
It was at least 30 minutes before our food arrived, and this after I went up to the desk and requested it several times.
My lady friend dropped her burger bun on the floor. In seconds it was covered in hair and half eaten by a passing rat.
The staff were ambivalent, resigned to their fate, going down with this sinking ship.
Fries were hot though!

They gave me a melted ice cream and I went to complain and she said she will get me a new one after back chatting each other but instead she pretended as if she made me a new one but all she did was mix the ice cream even more to make it seem like she made me a new one. This is ridiculous so I recommend u shout at them until they make it right
